Ashley was an amazing day-of-coordinator and ensured that everything ran smoothly on our wedding day. She is so attentive to detail, easygoing, professional, and really such a pleasure to work with! Our wedding reception was DIY, and we were planning from out of town, but through an organized planning sheet and virtual meetings, we were able to align perfectly with our vision and logistics. She made it all happen just as we imagined! I highly recommend hiring a day-of-coordinator as a DIY bride, and specifically, hiring Ashley. It gave us peace of mind knowing that Ashley would be managing the event from set up to tear down, and because of that, we were able to enjoy our wedding day worry-free. Ahead of the wedding day she helped us so much by reaching out and confirming with each of our vendors. Ashley kept our wedding timeline running on time, by directing guests and working together with all of the vendors, and this meant more time to celebrate and enjoy our reception! Ashley had everything covered on the day of the wedding. I live out of town and she was flexible on when we could meet up to discuss details. I met with her once ahead of time, sent her pictures of my vision, and she handled it all! I didn’t have to worry about a single thing on the day of the wedding. She also has a very calm personality which helped to keep me calm. Highly recommend!

My venue required a Day of Coordinator, and at first, I was very hesitant. Now, I can say with confidence that it was so worth it, and I am very glad that I had hired Ash! She was very responsive and helpful in making my day run smoothly. Because of her, any minor hiccups on the day were smoothed out and taken care of without me sweating it once! I also was a pain and wanted to time my procession down the aisle perfectly to a certain lyric in the song. Guess what? Ash stayed with me and the bridal party at our rehearsal and worked her butt off to get the timing of everybody perfect. On the day, it was absolutely flawless. I decided to pull the trigger on hiring a wedding planner only a few months out from my wedding date. From the moment I spoke to Ash on the phone, I knew I was making the right decision. After our first phone convo, I felt a huge weight lifted off of my shoulders with her cool and calm attitude. A few weeks before the wedding, I met up with her to go over all of the details and how I envisioned that day. Looking back, I left out a *TON* of details during that meeting, which I ended up throwing at her literally the day before/morning of my wedding - from announcements that we forgot to send the band, to our seating chart at the head table, to how we wanted our family pictures displayed, to me totally forgetting to tell the florist that we were getting ready downtown and needed our flowers before the ceremony (just to name a few last minute AH!! moments). Ash just rolled with it and handled everything so calmly and professionally.

Ultimately, I got exactly what I wanted - Ash took care of all the details while I enjoyed every minute of my wedding day. If you're thinking of hiring a wedding planner, look no further. Ashley was the best decision we made while planning our wedding. I did one walk through of the venue with her to explain my vision and I ended up leaving that day with a strange sense of confidence that I didn’t have to worry about a thing. Ashley was super easy to work with and easy going. She helped me with LOTS of different things and even brought some things to my attention I hadn’t yet thought of.

Without Ashley our wedding would have failed. She was organized, knew my vision after talking one time, and had such a good eye for putting the whole wedding reception in order. She was organized and helped us stay on time the day of. She handled all problems and made the day stress free for the groom and I.
