I was looking for a very specific dress, although this shop may be smaller than some of the other ones I went to, they had my dress. Beyond that, the ladies were so sweet and made me feel special. They were all so helpful! Wish I would've gone here before going to the Twin Cities. This was by far, a way better experience.

Arlene's Bridal are great professionals to work with! Great service, beautiful dresses and nice tuxes. They really show that they care about their customers.

Wonderful experience in getting the perfect dress. I actually found the dress I wanted in New York, but didn't want to travel for alterations and my girls' dresses. The owners were very helpful in locating and ordering my dress, and even found the perfect headpiece and vail to match the dress. They were very patient through a few minor bridesmaid issues and took care of all sizing, ordering and tailoring without a hitch.

A small shop and very helpful staff. They are jam packed full of bridal gowns and are great at explaining the ordering process. I was so impressed! They had a large selection of sizes and gown styles.

This is not what we had envisioned when we ordered this. The jacket was frumpy it wasn’t in until a day before the wedding and no way to change it. They didn’t have a grey button up option?! And told us nobody sells gray button ups. I would not use them again.
