Rapid Alterations and Repair did an amazing job! The reconstructed my dress to fit me and maintained the design of the dress. I fell in love even more with my wedding dress when they were finished! it fit so perfectly and felt like it was made for me. I 100% recommend them!

Two weeks before the wedding I had called and needed my wedding dress altered. They got me into 4 appointments in that short amount of time. My dress was altered beautifully and just how I had wanted. They were nice, accommodating, and prices were great! I would highly recommend!!!

They did an amazing job fitting my dress. It took 4 fittings because of all the alterations. So make sure you leave enough time to get it right. They altered my bride's suit as well. Both outfits looked amazing.

Honestly the worst experience I've ever had at an alteration place!! The owner made me feel like a total inconvenience and dumb for not knowing how my dress should fit and I felt very belittled by her condescending tone. It was like I was one question away from her rolling her eyes at me. I was not guided in which way looked best on me and what alterations my dress needed. For someone who doesn't know much about how formal attire should look or hit the ground, I was looking for her opinion and guidance and she gave me no help. I decided not to get my dress altered from there because of how I left feeling (which NO ONE should be made to feel that way) and they still charged me and refused to give me my money back. Claimed the money I paid for alterations which I specifically asked how much the alterations would be and she told me this exact amount was now a “fitting fee” so they wouldn’t refund me! They legit STOLE my money!! No alterations were made and the “fitting” was hardly that! She didn’t touch me at all and was very cold to me and made me feel like I was an inconvenience to her day. I would never recommend anyone going here! Worst customer service I've ever experienced.

Employees *Cindy* will make you feel so stupid, and worthless that you don't even want to wear the clothing anymore.
They CANNOT own up to a mistake they make and instead provide you with the WORST customer service ever! STAY AWAY!
