Emily (and her mom) are amazing! I tried on 10 dresses and found one after number 6. They helped me make some changes to it to make it a bit more unique. The process was flawless with them! Added bonus: when we celebrated finding the dress, my NA bridesmaid was offered NA champagne to toast with too! Seriously so thoughtful!

We had a great time shopping for my future daughter in laws wedding dress. The stylist assigned to us was very helpful and made the occasion fun. For that alone, I wish I could give this business a five-star rating, but it's what happened after my daughter-in-law received the dress that made me rate it at a 2. Honestly, I'd rather put it at 1 just because of how she was treated when she called the business with a concern. My future daughter-in-law is a very petite young lady. A strong size 2 and has been that since high school. She's not trying to lose weight or change her body in any way. When she put this dress on, it was extremely large. They ordered her a size 10. I get it, order them big to fit the widest part of your body. When ordering it, my daughter in law thought that that a 10 would be too large but was told by the stylist that was what she had to order, so she figured they knew what they were doing and didn't question it any more. But when she took this dress to this recommended seamstress, the seamstress suggested that my daughter-in-law call the business and ask if they can get a smaller dress cuz this was way too big for her and alterations were going to cost a fortune & it was going to be difficult to make things work with the beading pattern. My future daughter called the business and I believe spoke with the manager and explain the situation. The manager told my future daughter-in-law that she must have lost weight and that they could not do anything to help her with this. My My daughter-in-law said no she did not lose weight nor was she trying. The manager said well your body did change and it's not our problem. My daughter-in-law tried to explain that the measurements that were done by their stylist was off and that they were rechecked by seamstress. All of the measurements were off by 3 to 4 inches with the exception of the bust. I understand that mistakes happen but the manager said their stylists know what they're doing and don't make errors. The manager never really stopped and took into consideration that maybe perhaps one of their employees did make a mistake cuz at the end of our appointment there was another large group coming in and we were rushed to get the measurements done and out of there.
This is a company that does a great job making the sale but doesn't back anything up should there be an issue afterwards.
