Emily (and her mom) are amazing! I tried on 10 dresses and found one after number 6. They helped me make some changes to it to make it a bit more unique. The process was flawless with them! Added bonus: when we celebrated finding the dress, my NA bridesmaid was offered NA champagne to toast with too! Seriously so thoughtful!

2 weeks before wedding we discovered flaw in a bead on back of gown. Contacted this seller who tried to tell us we stored it improperly or the alterations person was at falt. Sent us a bead to try and replace the defective one and it didn't even match the dress. We found a bridal store with 35 years experience to help us fix the gown (AT OUR EXPENSE) one week prior to the wedding day. My daughter received a letter from EmilyKay with a replacement bead that she said another bride sacrificed off her own gown to please my daughter and " in the future she should take her business elsewhere". The bridal store that helped us remedy this discovered that there was truely a flaw of the entire back of the gown. I would love to share this information with EMILYKAYBRIDAL but she will not answer our calls, texts, or return our voicemail despite our attempts to inform her so she can speak with the designer and avoid this from happening to another bride in the future.
