Tami and Jordan are great to work with for a wedding day! I work as the consultant for a DJ company and they were very good with sharing details and timelines for the couple and our DJ had a great experience working the day of the event!

My husband and I decided to hire a day-of-coordinator/partial planner sort of last minute (as in less than 2 months out), and after interviewing several we were lucky enough to find Tami and Jordan. They were so amazingly helpful! They offered a ton of encouragement, and were literally a text or an email away if I had any questions. We met up during the week of the wedding for a final meeting, and they let me know that Ben, Tami’s husband, was going to be there to help as well, which meant we ended up with three extremely knowledgeable and competent people to help us. Ben headed to where the guys were getting ready, while Tami and Jordan came to where my bridesmaids and I were. Then, when I went to do my first look, one stayed behind with the bridesmaids who were finishing up, and one came with me. They also helped set up our decorations at the church, ran our photo guestbook, and kept charge of our bouquets/boutonnières/corsages and the tips for the other vendors. Most importantly, all three of them were super nice and fun while helping to take a HUGE amount of stress off my shoulders, which made for a great day. Thank you all so much for everything you did for us and our wedding!! Kevin and I can’t tell you how much we appreciate it!

Butterfly Events made everything so easy for me. Some planners like to do things how they think it should be but here they listened to what I wanted and executed everything perfectly to my liking. During the whole planning process and event they truly treat you like a friend/ family. They made it so welcoming to talk to them about every detail. Highly recommend! Thank you again!!!
