Arlene is superb! Everything she made was presented beautifully, absolutely delicious and completely in synch with our theme. We got everything we wanted. Arlene took our budget and ideas and made it all look effortless and seamless on the day, it was perfect. Our guests were just as pleased as we were, everyone commented on how yummy everything was. She genuinely added to the joy of our day.

It's obvious Arlene is a pro with decades of experience. She was calm, clear, had great ideas, smart wedding advice and delivered on the day. Arlene knew what to do and when to do it. Everything seemed to go so smoothly. Her recipes, her timing & presentation, her staff, her presence & communication skills, she really made our wedding a more beautiful, enjoyable celebration.

Very pricey, she cancelled on me and I had to figure out something completely different. She promised so much, even to hire all of the support staff (waiters, bartenders, etc. ). Wound up having to do it all on my own. Would not recommend.
