They helped coordinate all of our vendors and worked in perfect harmony together to make planning process stress free. Professional to the max!

On our big day, Monica, Allyson and Cassidy made sure the set went smoothly, all the vendors arrived and that we were in the right places at the right time. The three of them went above and beyond to take care of us and our families. Throughout the event they took fabulous photos and videos to ensure we had amazing content to look back on and remember the day. The content was perfect for sharing the moments on social media.

Arch Events – Full Service Planning
A long overdue acknowledgement for Arch Events’ Allyson Horn for her outstanding planning and logistics skills. Allyson provided full-service planning for our daughter’s wedding at the Wythe Hotel in November of 2025; the wedding ceremony and reception were beautiful from beginning to end.
From Allyson, you get so much more than just planning. You get a savvy professional to navigate you through the entire process (budget establishment, vendor sourcing and selection, and day-of support). From day one, she told me not to worry about the wedding day because she would never be more than twenty feet away. I held her to that promise and she delivered!

It was an absolute pleasure working with Arch Events to bring our dream Great Gatsby-inspired wedding vision to life. Allyson is literally the best. She lifted such weight off my shoulders, I couldn’t have been more grateful. Importantly, from the first meeting we had with her, I knew she was somebody I could trust to execute on our vision which took away so much stress, especially leading up to the wedding. We had a LOT of vendors involved in our wedding day which required a ton of coordination. I seriously don’t know how we would have handled it without Allyson. Allyson, Nicole, & Clark were the absolute dream team! They made sure the entire day went seamlessly from start to finish! Beyond being super organized and thoughtful, they were also genuinely a ton of fun to work with and helped bring our vision to life. I had Allyson and her assistant, Nicole, with me on my wedding day, and the lead-up to the execution was seamless. Choosing Allyson and Arch Events was the best possible decision we could have made planning our wedding. Allyson is a joy to work with - she's organized, thoughtful, receptive to ideas, respectful of budget, and is energetic, positive, and chill. She was also amazing helping us design the event. On very little guidance, she she quickly understood our vision and was able to source and execute beautiful florals and decor within our budget. 10/10 recommend working with Allyson!

Allyson seriously saved us when planning for our wedding. Initially we were thinking we only needed a planner for the month of, but when our dog got severely ill, we were completely scattered. Allyson came in with kindness, a fun attitude, and a whole lot of much needed guidance, and we are so incredibly grateful we hired her as our wedding planner! During moments of us feeling completely overwhelmed, she managed to keep us on track while also somehow making things feel so much less chaotic. On the day of, we felt comfortable and confident knowing that she had everything under control. She thought of things we never would have, and she’s also just such a delight to work with!

My daughter recently hired Arch Meetings & Events for her December 2024 wedding; she worked with Monica and her assistant Michael. In the past, I believed a wedding planner was a "nice-to-have." Now, after experiencing their expertise, I'd say a wedding planner (Arch Events in particular!) is a MUST HAVE! These girls are pure magic! I cannot express enough in a small review how grateful we are to Allyson for pulling off a wedding in THREE MONTHS in Texas while based in NYC.
