Where to even begin? From the beginning, my partner and I felt taken care of and understood by Monica and Allyson. They helped create our event and truly shaped it into our dream vision. They helped coordinate all of our vendors and worked in perfect harmony together to make planning process stress free. Professional to the max!

On our big day, Monica, Allyson and Cassidy made sure the set went smoothly, all the vendors arrived and that we were in the right places at the right time. The three of them went above and beyond to take care of us and our families. Throughout the event they took fabulous photos and videos to ensure we had amazing content to look back on and remember the day. The content was perfect for sharing the moments on social media.

Monica and Allyson were born to plan events! Look no further when searching for an event planner. In the words of Tina Turner… they are simply the best!

I truly do not have enough words to express how grateful we are for Monica and Arch Events. Monica was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding, and her expertise was invaluable from start to finish.

We made the difficult decision to part ways with our original wedding planner in January, just five months before our early June wedding. At that point, we had our venue, photographer, hair and makeup team, and caterer booked, but very little else in place. Our venue was a completely blank canvas, so we still needed rentals (tables, chairs, silverware, plates, etc etc), florals, a band, lighting, and countless other vendors and details to bring our vision to life. The list of vendors she needed to source/hire actually is very insane and people not planning a wedding yet don’t even realize - stationary, dessert, oyster shuckers, live wedding painters, hotels, sound systems, furniture rentals, and plenty others I’m sure I’m forgetting about. To make the timeline even more challenging, Monica had a two-week vacation abroad planned for February.

Despite the circumstances, Monica stepped in mid-January and immediately brought structure and confidence to the process. From the beginning, she assured us that everything would be handled before her trip, and she followed through completely. In just a few weeks, she coordinated with our existing vendors, booked everything we still needed, and managed an extraordinary number of details with remarkable organization, responsiveness, creativity, and care. What could have been an overwhelming experience quickly began to feel manageable.

Throughout the planning process, Monica was kind, supportive, and consistently professional. She made us feel heard and cared for while giving us complete confidence that every detail was in capable hands. She also was so good at managing our expectations and budget. Her warmth made the experience personal, but her expertise ensured that everything continued moving forward smoothly.

On the wedding day, everything came together beautifully. The day ran seamlessly, and we were able to be fully present and enjoy it with our family and friends. Many of our guests told us it was one of the best weddings they had ever attended, and Monica played a major role in making it so memorable. She took on an incredibly demanding situation and helped create the celebration we had envisioned.

I also have to give a HUGE shoutout to Allyson, Monica’s business partner, who was our day-of assistant. She was equally as phenomenal! Having both of them there made such a difference, and their teamwork, attention to detail, and dedication were incredible. We are so grateful to both of them for everything they did to make our day perfect.

After our experience with our previous planner, Monica was exactly the support we needed. She went far beyond simply managing logistics; she gave us peace of mind, solved problems before they reached us, and made us feel genuinely supported throughout the entire process.

If you are considering Monica and Arch Events, we cannot recommend them highly enough. They were worth every single penny and more. We will always be grateful for the care, talent, and professionalism they brought to our wedding, and we truly cannot imagine the day without them. It was the best day of my husband and my life!

Monica was our full-service planner and truly a superstar. She made us feel so much more at ease throughout the planning process, especially with deadlines and all the little things we had to get done.

She was also great at helping us incorporate elements from our culture (Vietnamese and Arab) that felt personal and unique to our wedding. On the day of, she handled anything that came up behind the scenes, so I didn’t feel stressed at all.

On top of being super organized and reliable, Monica is fun and just a great person to be around. We’re so grateful we had her by our side!

Arch Events – Full Service Planning
A long overdue acknowledgement for Arch Events’ Allyson Horn for her outstanding planning and logistics skills. Allyson provided full-service planning for our daughter’s wedding at the Wythe Hotel in November of 2025; the wedding ceremony and reception were beautiful from beginning to end.
From Allyson, you get so much more than just planning. You get a savvy professional to navigate you through the entire process (budget establishment, vendor sourcing and selection, and day-of support). From day one, she told me not to worry about the wedding day because she would never be more than twenty feet away. I held her to that promise and she delivered!

It was an absolute pleasure working with Arch Events to bring our dream Great Gatsby-inspired wedding vision to life. Allyson is literally the best. She lifted such weight off my shoulders, I couldn’t have been more grateful. Allyson, Nicole, & Clark were the absolute dream team! They made sure the entire day went seamlessly from start to finish! I had Allyson and her assistant, Nicole, with me on my wedding day, and the lead-up to the execution was seamless. Choosing Allyson and Arch Events was the best possible decision we could have made planning our wedding. Allyson is a joy to work with - she's organized, thoughtful, receptive to ideas, respectful of budget, and is energetic, positive, and chill. She was also amazing helping us design the event. Allyson seriously saved us when planning for our wedding. Initially we were thinking we only needed a planner for the month of, but when our dog got severely ill, we were completely scattered. Allyson came in with kindness, a fun attitude, and a whole lot of much needed guidance, and we are so incredibly grateful we hired her as our wedding planner!
