Where to even begin? From the beginning, my partner and I felt taken care of and understood by Monica and Allyson. They helped create our event and truly shaped it into our dream vision. They helped coordinate all of our vendors and worked in perfect harmony together to make planning process stress free. Professional to the max!
On our big day, Monica, Allyson and Cassidy made sure the set went smoothly, all the vendors arrived and that we were in the right places at the right time. The three of them went above and beyond to take care of us and our families. Throughout the event they took fabulous photos and videos to ensure we had amazing content to look back on and remember the day. The content was perfect for sharing the moments on social media.
Monica and Allyson were born to plan events! Look no further when searching for an event planner. In the words of Tina Turner… they are simply the best! -

How do you properly rank someone who became your wedding hero. Monica and her staff were a delight to work with from the beginning. She connected us with all our vendors, people I would never have found. Her sense of humor put us at ease throughout the process. But her real super human gifts came into view when it became clear that a tropical storm would be the unwanted guest at our outdoor wedding. A decision was made to move our outdoor wedding forward by 24 hours to avoid the storm with just 2 days notice. Monica launched into hero mode contacting and cajoling every single one of our vendors to move to the new earlier day. She was calm, cool and collected throughout and kept us calm saying often "we've got this". And most importantly, she was effective. She understood our vision and pulled it off... a day early! It was a beautiful wedding under the stars and that would not have happened without Monica. She has my respect and highest recommendation. Jim & Tripp -

We were absolutely blown away by the incredible work of Arch Events. We worked with Allyson, but had great interactions with co-founder Monica, and the other staff as well. From the moment we started planning our wedding, Allyson's expertise and dedication shone through, making our special day an unforgettable experience.
Allyson's exceptional negotiation skills ensured that every aspect of our wedding was executed flawlessly. She effortlessly negotiated with vendors to accommodate the needs of our guests. One, of many, reasons to go with Arch Events is their well-established relationships with local vendors. This not only streamlined the entire planning process but also gave us access to the best in the industry. From the florist to the band, every vendor Allyson recommended exceeded our expectations and at great value for our budget.
Another standout reason to work with Arch Events is their impeccable taste. The attention to detail in every element of the decor showcased Allyson's creativity, turning our venue into a magical wonderland. She was able to incorporate our personal details and sentimental objects creating a bespoke experience that felt authentically ours. During the wedding, Allyson would come over to ask how things were going, and we could only answer "perfect!" in absolute awe of what she managed to pull off.
Allyson's advice throughout the planning process was invaluable. Her experience and knowledge provided us with insights that we would never have considered on our own. She guided us through tough decisions with grace and understanding, ultimately leading to choices that enhanced the overall experience.
Communication with Allyson was a breeze. She was always quick to respond to our questions and helped keep our planning on track. I really appreciated how open she was to feedback. Her willingness to listen and adapt truly made us feel like our vision was at the forefront of her mind. Planning a wedding can be stressful, but Allyson's calm, positive attitude and genuine care for our happiness made the entire process enjoyable and exciting.

We used Arch Events for the month of coordination for our wedding. Allyson was fantastic! She took care of our vendor timeline and our “run of show” and was receptive to any changes/requests we had, while still providing thoughtful advice from her immense experience. She made our entire wedding run seamlessly from start to finish, which allowed the two of us to simply enjoy our most special day. Allyson and Monica are building something great in Arch and we couldn’t recommend them enough! -

From the initial phone call with Allyson at Arch Events, we knew we were working with someone special. From helping us figure out our color scheme/design, to asking us about what our biggest fears were for the wedding (and then doing everything to make sure those things didn't happen), Allyson covered her bases and did so in a warm, effusive way. You can really trust her recommendation and relationships with vendors. She's detail-oriented, and also sees the big picture in a beautiful, cohesive way. Our wedding day was everything we wanted and more, and that's largely due to Allyson's expertise and good sense of humor. The team that she works with is excellent--thank you to Monica and Sarah who were so instrumental in making the day of go smoothly. We've been telling all of our friends with weddings in their future to hire Arch! -

We threw a backyard wedding with lots of different vendors and Monica helped us to coordinate everything. We truly couldnt have done it without her. She was so organized, warm, helpful and kind throughout the process. Can't recommend her services enough! -

Monica was the Day of Coordinator at my wedding and did an amazing job! We had a several of vendors that we brought in to set-up and I didn't have to worry about coordinating and giving them directions on where everything went. On top of that my husband and I had a couple of boxes of DIY items. We handed her the boxes with post its and she managed to figure out where to put everything. With Monica running the event, I was able to just sit back and enjoy the day! -

My husband and I had the absolute pleasure of working with Monica and Allyson for our wedding! We had one of those covid weddings that turned completely DIY and arch events swooped in and gave us an actual dream wedding. These ladies are so easy to work with and take all of your stress away because they know exactly what they’re doing. You give them an idea they have 5 ways to make it happen especially if you’re like me and know nothing about planning an event such as a wedding. Book them now! -
