Wow wow wow. I feel so lucky to have found Colleen and the Aphrodite salon team for my wedding. To start - her artistry is incredible! My wedding updo was perfection, she is the master at finding the balance between polished and romantic hair. I am also a hard-core dancer and my hair did not budge! She colored my (blonde) hair twice before the wedding and to say it looked good is an understatement - it was GORGEOUS. Next - she is an incredible person! I would like to hang out with her all the time; she is kind, funny, and a mini-therapist, what more do you need on your wedding day?! Lastly - she was very flexible with the schedule when last minute changes needed to be made. I truly cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Colleen - book her!

Colleen was absolutely amazing and made the whole process of hair styling for my wedding, during a pandemic, a dream. She was super easy to work with and talk to in the planning phase, and I really appreciated how straight forward and careful she was with her COVID precautions. On top of everything, she is truly an artist and my hair as well as all of the women in my wedding party had gorgeous hair on the day of. She let me try both an up and a down style so I had options depending on the weather which made me feel so much better. In addition, she is just a lovely person and it is such a treat to be sitting in her chair. My hair barely moved the entire night, through dancing and humidity, but didn't feel stiff or stuffy. I just don't have enough positive to say about her. You will not be disappointed trusting your hair to Colleen!

I had the pleasure of sitting in Colleen's chair this summer and my hair has never looked better. I came in for a blonding appointment and cut. I have naturally wavy hair and my method of glam and blow drying is rolling the window down and letting the wind do it's thing so I rely on a good cut and color that can grow out and keep some texture. Colleen NAILED exactly what I wanted and I have never had so many compliments on my hair (real talk). I am so excited to to keep going back to Aphrodite! Thank you so much Colleen!

I’m on of those people who has never had good hair luck... my hair always fell flat and looked terrible when I would get it do - whether for prom, homecoming, or friend’s weddings. Cue my own wedding - I was nervous to say the least. I had a vision of a simple, elegant updo, something classic and soft, but that would last through humidity and dancing. Now, cue Nicole.

At my trial, Nicole whipped out a near-perfect up-do in about 30 minutes... I thought, “Could this be real!? Was this really so simple!?” And Nicole said “oh, it will look WAY better on the day of.” And she was right. In no time at all, Nicole crafted the PERFECT, simple, low bun. It had a little texture and a little shine and ALL of the hold. My hair looked exactly the same from noon to midnight. Perfect.

If you’re looking for a wedding stylist, look no further. Nicole’s services are fairly priced and her delivery is exceptional. She’s clearly knowledgeable and experienced, and bonus: she’s super friendly, so no awkward ‘in the chair’ moments. HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend.

Colleen seriously is a hair goddess!! I am so lucky to have worked with her for my wedding day and I cannot say enough positive things about her and her team. Colleen was professional, timely, and always easy to communicate with. She made me feel like we had been friends for years when we first met! Her whimsical and romantic hair styles are just so beautiful!! Colleen listened to exactly what I wanted (even when I switched it up on her the day of the wedding!) and offered thoughtful ideas/suggestions on how best to achieve the look I was going for. Her experience and knowledge is evident and she knew how to work with all varieties of hair types and personalities! She truly made me and all my bridesmaids, mom, and mother-in-law feel our most beautiful on the day of my wedding. I still get compliments to this day on how stunning each of our hair styles were. What can I say, Colleen is magic. I have always been self conscious about my hair and it has never been easy to work with, not to mention put in an updo that will hold out on a windy boat. Colleen was patient, a good listener, and created the most perfect updo for my wedding. It made me want to have a reason to get my hair styled on a regular basis.
I wouldn't recommend looking anywhere but with her for your wedding hair!

Colleen is absolutely amazing! I can’t say enough good things about her. She made all my hair dreams come true. She is extremely responsive and was always there when I had questions. The day of the wedding, Nicole and Colleen were unbelievable. Not only did my hair look amazing, but all of my bridesmaids and my mother and mother in law too!
