While Ali is nice person and available for the time you may need her however her services are not and your event photos of your life, will not be #1 priority. The pictures we received for our wedding was what we paid for. We got a few nice shots to last a lifetime. We received a link for our pictures through my facebook messenger. Afterwards, she sent us an information as to which picture to choose for our free 8x10. I sent that message to her twice as to which one we wanted and where to send that information. The first message she claims she did not receive. The second one she received and stated she was on it...and nothing. As of today, over a year, we have still not received that photo. I had been asking for our free 8x10 and any other extra photos (even if they were blurry) she had taken seriously since last November 2015. I received one picture in that time frame as of 2 days ago. I have recently deleted her from our pages and phones. I will not continue to constantly bother for the service that we were suppose to receive. I believe they are constant excuses but we see she is still doing others and other family photos. We hope they are getting what they stated they would receive. We are done communicating with her as there is always something wrong or an excuse through message but there is constant movement and post on her pages. We believe she has too much going on personally to take care of people important events and needs to take a break. If we had known this, we wouldn't had hired her. It has been extra work to get anything. So we have worked with the few pictures we got after the wedding last year and the pictures that our family and friends took that evening. We DO NOT RECOMMEND her for your event.
