Amanda made my entire wedding planning process so amazing. From the moment we had our first phone call I knew felt a weight lifted off my shoulders. She took everything we envisioned and really brought it all to life! Even when I introduced certain timelines and traditions that other planners I’ve talked with said would not be possible, Amanda did not hesitate, took it and made it all happen. During the entire process I felt very safe in her hands. She has a thorough checklist that helped me stay organized and know what to expect in the months leading up to our wedding. She was always an email or phone call away, even when travelling the world for other weddings! She was very accommodating if initial vendor or décor suggestions didn’t fit what I was looking for. She dealt with every vendor, and I trusted her completely with the layout of the venue while bringing mine and my husband’s vision to life. The day of, I had a problem with the zipper on my dress that eventually led it to break. Within 30 minutes, she had someone to meeting us at our church to fix my dress before walking down the aisle. If I didn’t have her there, I would have never known who to call. She brought in her whole team to help with the whole day who were all great! Where do I even begin? I'll start off by saying that I am a Sales executive with a very demanding job and aggressive annual sales goal. I knew that planning a wedding would be like a second job (& I barely have time for my primary job). The mere idea of attempting to plan a wedding (which I knew NOTHING about) was daunting, intimidating, overwhelming and made me want to crawl into fetal position and cry. I knew I needed to hire someone that would educate us, help us make informed decisions and keep us on track with all deadlines and action items. She knew sensitivities for both myself and my partner and we worked beautifully together as a team. She is a dream come true in a planner. When we think back on our wedding and the entire planning experience, we are overjoyed with wonderful positive thoughts and feelings towards our Amanda. My heart is filled with gratitude every time I think of her. She was very flexible with our schedules and easy to work with. We feel like we not only had a partner and ally in her, but a life long friend. Amanda quickly understood our taste, style and what we were looking to accomplish very well which in turn made our dream wedding come to life. She would even know immediately when vendors would recommended something she knew we wouldn't like. She helped me find my hair stylist, my makeup artist, our DJ/band, our photobooth, our florist. You name it, she found it and within our price range! She provided feedback and recommendations on the smallest of details like our wedding invitations and ceremony pamphlets. She was always very accessible and remained calm and composed in every situation, especially when we were feeling the natural stress and overwhelm that comes with wedding planning. Amanda is cool as a cucumber which in turn helped us to remain calm. Most importantly, we continuously hilariously laughed throughout the planning process and all of the ridiculous moments and aspects that come with it. Amanda is the most professional person I've had the pleasure of interacting with. She's also well known and embedded in the wedding industry and really knows her sh!t. She's amazing at regulating vendors in the most professional of ways. As the wedding quickly approached, Amanda kept us calm and reassured us throughout every step of the process. Day of, Amanda was like a member of the FBI / CIA / S.W.A.T team. She has a whole suitcase of necessities for any situation or wedding emergency. I've never seen anything like it. She would basically pop out of a trap door when you needed her the most. For example, after standing for pictures for 45 minutes, she came up to the room before the ceremony and sprayed my feet with foot numbing spray? I wanted to drop to my knees and cry with gratitude. Basically anytime I saw her throughout the wedding day chaos I felt calm and relieved that she was there and by my side. She helped us with our overall wedding design / look / feel (well worth the investment), helped to set up the room and knew exactly how we wanted everything and knew what was most important to us. When our magical day came to an end, we were legitimately sad to cancel our monthly recurring meetings. She's your wedding fairy God mother, I promise. Amanda, we love you so much. Amanda was the best investment we made while planning our 1 Year Anniversary party! As many Covid brides, our original destination plans got destroyed. We got married regardless! We pretty much gave up on party plans and we were ready to call it quits, when I found Amanda through Instagram. I had one conversation with her on the phone and I felt like I was speaking to a friend who understood everything I was going through. Of course things got hectic closer to the date, but Amanda TOOK CARE of everything. We had one issue with a vendor, Amanda saved the day and she handled it immediately. We had the dreaded last minute add-on’s, Amanda found the vendor in a week’s notice!! Things we didn’t even think of, she advised me on and we had a plan! I felt that she was our advocate that whole day and during the planning process, so that both my husband and I could really enjoy our long awaited party.
