Where do I even begin? I'll start off by saying that I am a Sales executive with a very demanding job and aggressive annual sales goal. I knew that planning a wedding would be like a second job (& I barely have time for my primary job). The mere idea of attempting to plan a wedding (which I knew NOTHING about) was daunting, intimidating, overwhelming and made me want to crawl into fetal position and cry. I knew I needed to hire someone that would educate us, help us make informed decisions and keep us on track with all deadlines and action items. Someone that could make our dream wedding a reality - that someone is Amanda. To say that Amanda and her services are invaluable would be an understatement. I can't say enough good things about Amanda, her services, her support, her skills and her preparation without getting emotional (yes, my husband is consoling me right now LOL!). Amanda was our sounding board throughout every step of the process, she helped us to find vendors within our price range, helped to review contracts that we knew nothing about (standard terms vs. non-standard terms for example), what's reasonably priced vs. what is a rip off, what's negotiable and what's non-negotiable. You name it, she knows it. Amanda gets to know you very deeply as a couple which is what made planning with her very special. She knew sensitivities for both myself and my partner and we worked beautifully together as a team. She is a dream come true in a planner. When we think back on our wedding and the entire planning experience, we are overjoyed with wonderful positive thoughts and feelings towards our Amanda. My heart is filled with gratitude every time I think of her. She was very flexible with our schedules and easy to work with. We feel like we not only had a partner and ally in her, but a life long friend. Amanda quickly understood our taste, style and what we were looking to accomplish very well which in turn made our dream wedding come to life. She would even know immediately when vendors would recommended something she knew we wouldn't like. She helped me find my hair stylist, my makeup artist, our DJ/band, our photobooth, our florist. You name it, she found it and within our price range! She provided feedback and recommendations on the smallest of details like our wedding invitations and ceremony pamphlets. She was always very accessible and remained calm and composed in every situation, especially when we were feeling the natural stress and overwhelm that comes with wedding planning. Amanda is cool as a cucumber which in turn helped us to remain calm. Most importantly, we continuously hilariously laughed throughout the planning process and all of the ridiculous moments and aspects that come with it. Amanda is the most professional person I've had the pleasure of interacting with. She's also well known and embedded in the wedding industry and really knows her sh!t. She's amazing at regulating vendors in the most professional of ways. As the wedding quickly approached, Amanda kept us calm and reassured us throughout every step of the process. Day of, Amanda was like a member of the FBI / CIA / S.W.A.T team. She has a whole suitcase of necessities for any situation or wedding emergency. I've never seen anything like it. She would basically pop out of a trap door when you needed her the most. For example, after standing for pictures for 45 minutes, she came up to the room before the ceremony and sprayed my feet with foot numbing spray? I wanted to drop to my knees and cry with gratitude. Basically anytime I saw her throughout the wedding day chaos I felt calm and relieved that she was there and by my side. She helped us with our overall wedding design / look / feel (well worth the investment), helped to set up the room and knew exactly how we wanted everything and knew what was most important to us. When our magical day came to an end, we were legitimately sad to cancel our monthly recurring meetings. She's your wedding fairy God mother, I promise. Amanda, we love you so much. My husband & I planned our Palm Beach destination wedding with her mid 2021 just after the COVID pandemic & went above and beyond to give us the wedding of our dreams! Wedding planning can be hard & stressful especially if this is your first rodeo & when you have zero experience planning large events. We knew we could trust Amanda with all of her guidance & recommendations from the very begining of our planning stages all the way to the big day. She always made herself available to us & made our wedding planning process very personal. My husband & I knew only one thing when we got engaged , we wanted to get married but where & how we had no clue! Amanda not only provided a positive wedding planning experience but truly connected with us as a couple & had an upbeat positive attitude from start to end.
Amanda brought our wedding vision to life & my husband & I are still on cloud 9 from our wedding day as it truly was a fairytale dream. During the day of the wedding, Amanda & her team helped the flow of the day move so smoothly so that we did not have to think about anything other than enjoy the day! We had a Greek ceremony offsite at Greek church in the Palm Beach area & had our wedding reception at The Breakers in Palm Beach. Our guests are still talking about our wedding from the food, the decor, the music and all the fun surprises we had for them throughout the weekend! Amanda will personally tailor your wedding & make the entire planning process enjoyable & fun. If you are on the fence of looking for a wedding planning, look no more & hire Amanda. It will be the best decision you will make. -

Amanda became a trusted advisor and dear friend as we planned our wedding together. Leading up to the wedding, she helped us navigate COVID uncertainties and recommended amazing vendors – everything from invitations (Phillips Designs), to flowers (Adam Leffel Productions), to music (Hank Lane). As for our wedding day, it was perfect. If there were any hiccups, we never heard about them. Our wedding was an absolute dream and Amanda was the glue keeping it all together. -

I have had the pleasure of having Amanda coordinate two significant events in my life so far. She went above and beyond with my wants and needs and stayed organized the whole way through. She was so easy to work with and understood exactly what I was looking for. She really wanted to perfect the end look and she did just that. Her passion for coordinating and decorating really shows. I was highly satisfied with the finished product for both my baby and bridal shower, as well as my overall experience with her. I have already recommended Amanda to a few people, and will continue to refer anyone I know that has an upcoming wedding or etc to her!
