Shelley has one of the warmest, most welcoming souls we have ever come across. It felt as if she had been part of our families forever - almost felt as if she was a mutual family friend for both sides present since day one. There were a couple last minute changes with our venue and she not only helped calm us, but rallied the rest of the vendors for a smooth transition. The ceremony was beautiful. Not one dry eye. She truly has a way with words and her empathetic, kind nature makes her a natural at understanding people down to their core. She’s a beautiful person. An abundance of hugs and positivity for all those present. I cannot recommend her enough!

Shelley is the absolute best! I am so blessed to have had such an amazing person apart of our happily ever after. The entire family loved her and she fit right in with everyone. Shelley officiated our wedding in October of 2025. My wife and I were still looking for an officiant just a few short months before our wedding was about to take place. We were already exhausted from all of the planning and were trying our best to find the right person to stand in front of both of our large families and make us official. We are so glad we found Shelley, and some things just feel as though they were meant to be.

If there is one way I can describe Shelley, it’s that she LOVES what she does. She is thoughtful, passionate, and enthusiastic about every challenge that comes with getting married and planning your big day. She did such an amazing job during our ceremony, that many guests came up to us after the fact to compliment just how special she made it for all of us. Shelley was prompt, calm, and gave us a sense of safety during our crazy and perfect day. She communicated with everyone at our wedding as though she was part of our family. She included a keepsake with her ceremony package with sea shells that my wife and I placed in sand around a candle during the ceremony. The memories we have from these moments will last forever. Also, she rescues animals - what’s not to love about that??

I found myself in a bind 2 weeks before my wedding due to unforeseen circumstances with my officiant. I began to call around in a panic and found Shelley. I am so glad I did! She immediately put my mind at ease and began talking me through a plan. She tailored our ceremony to our personalities perfectly without even meeting us! Shelley reached out to us as a connection to our original officiant who had double booked us and really helped us be at ease given the situation. Shelley was very communicative from the first introduction and throughout the process, and it was very clear how much she loves what she does. Shelley is very passionate about making your day special, and will get down to the very fine details with you. Shelley is very talkative as well, so just be prepared you might be talking about the big day longer than you expected. Shelley was great at helping make sure we were properly organized in our planning and on the day of, which she was very punctual for. The ceremony went very smoothly. There was one line that she unfortunately forgot to change to what we requested, but it did not take away from the ceremony. Shelley is very friendly and socialized with many of our guests who loved her, and she likes to get very involved, so if you have a rigid vision on how things should be, make sure Shelley is aware. In the end, we loved having Shelley as our officiant, and the unity ceremony she helped prepare for us as a keepsake after.
