Tom was an amazing officiant for my wedding in October. All my guests and parents raved about him. He does great at helping you feel prepared and calm before going in front of everyone you love. He goes with the flow, listens to what you need and how you feel but when problems arise gives you confidence that everything will be okay. Our DJ didn't show and I found out about 10 min before walking down the isle while signing our marriage license and he handled everything amazing and wanted to make sure that everything was going to be okay. I can not give this man enough glowing reviews!

Jacob came to us with a lot of research done into styles of services, but we had our own ideas that he happily accommodated. It wasn't until I got to the front of the aisle that I realized that my leadership of this event was over - it was all in HIS hands now. It was so comforting to know that we were in good hands, with someone who cared about our special day. This officiant is Specs Howard trained, so his voice is deep and smooth - everyone commented on how great he sounded! It wasn't until much later that he admitted he had actually been nervous - but nobody could tell, because his pace was careful and measured, and his joy was genuine. He is new to this, so he doesn't have a website or anything yet, but if you want personal service, I highly recommend you send him an email!

My wife, Sara, and I got married on Oval beach in Saugatuck in September (2013). Sal was our officiant and he did a simply wonderful job. The wedding was part of a larger transition for us as we had just moved from Scotland to the US a few weeks before, which meant we had to do a lot of the planning from very far away. Patient, kind and hugely supportive, Sal answered all of our queries quickly and thoroughly every step of the way. We found Sal through Wedding Wire and quickly knew he was the right person to lead our ceremony. Because of our obvious restrictions a lot of our initial communication was via email, but from the very beginning Sal was keen to get to know us as a couple. Once we were in Michigan, we met face-to-face and kept in touch in the weeks leading up to the ceremony via email and phone. Both Sara and I wanted a small, intimate wedding, a ceremony that reflected the deep spiritual nature of the commitment we were making without being overly religious. Sal was keen to help us make our ceremony whatever we wanted it to be but was also full of ideas and suggestions whenever we needed them. On the day, his warm, calm and engaging personality helped bring everyone together and his focus on us as a couple helped ensure we got exactly what we wanted and that everybody felt a part of the celebration. I can honestly say that Sara and I both feel very fortunate to have met Sal and very pleased that he could officiate our ceremony. Our family is still talking about how wonderful he was.
