If you're reading this, look no further. Sarah Bayer is the one vendor I absolutely could not have lived without for my wedding. She's THE best decision you will make.

I couldn't be happier or have a single nicer thing to say about Sarah Bayer and her team. Sarah is single-handedly the reason our wedding went so flawlessly. In the year leading up to the wedding, Sarah was very helpful as a sounding board, especially as we made COVID-related decisions. In the months leading up to the event, she was very communicative and spent hours on the phone with us nailing down even the tiniest details of our night. Sarah was very organized and detail oriented, and as soon as I sent her a vendor contract and contact info, I could count on her to take over and communicate anything that needed communicating.

In the week leading up to the wedding, she helped me rejigger the timeline so we could ensure enough dancing. She's clearly an expert at what she does because when I wanted to move things around she'd know exactly the ramifications -- "If you move speeches here, it will mean people are still eating when dancing starts." etc.

On the day of, she brought my vision to life even better than I'd envisioned it. She handled my crazy bridal party with ease and grace. She managed a tight run of show. I honestly have no clue if there were every any issues, thanks to all her hard work behind the scenes. I truly don't know how she managed so many details and moving pieces, while also seemingly being right there, ready and waiting, whenever I needed anything. She was also just an absolute joy to have around!

My husband and I are beyond thrilled. I'm just sad to not still be working with her (Will most definitely be calling her for my sisters' wedding one day though!)

Everyone on the Alluring Events team worked wonderfully on the day of my wedding. I didn't notice anything going wrong and no one came up to me asking what was to happen next! I worked closely with Kelsey as she was the main coordinator and her organization skills are amazing! Her ability to deal with me family was amazing also!! I was able to send out our timeline to the bridal party/ officiant that she had created a week in advance so everyone was on the same page and knew what to expect. Kelsey was always there for me when I needed advice on vendors/ suggestions for the wedding especially decor!
I highly recommend getting a coordinator (especially alluring), because there is so much that happens day of that you don't think about (set up, break down, managing guests, managing other vendors, etc.).

We went with the day-of coordinator package which was perfect for us, as we wanted to handle vendor selections ourselves, but definitely wanted help on the day-of so that we could be stress-free. Prior to a month before the wedding, we sent all of our contracts to Brittany and asked various questions on vendor recommendations and whatnot. Then she took over the vendor communication from about a month before the wedding. The day of, she and her team were life-savers. We had two ceremonies, a box of wood-carved names to sort for dinner, two different flower arches, different signage that we brought, and they handled it like champs. We were totally stress-free as we desired. I wish we could've splurged out for a more comprehensive package and have had help with the design, but the day-of coordination was more within our budget and totally worth it for us.
