We don't know what we would've done without her guidance, support, and attention to detail. You can tell how passionate Sarah is about her work, and we felt that she truly cared about us and our wedding day. Starting from our first consultation (where Sarah provided recommendations on vendors based on our vision) to after the wedding (Sarah dropping off vases to our florist) we knew we could trust Sarah and her team completely with the most important day of our lives.

From making the most incredible detailed schedules, to managing our wedding party, family, and vendors, to coordinating a last-minute change in the ceremony, to ensuring we always had everything we needed, to her incredible emergency kit and providing smiles and nods of encouragement all day, Sarah and her team were absolute ROCKSTARS and made our day everything we could have dreamed of and more.

Sarah and her team remain calm always, and are experts at taking care of issues in a way that my husband and I never even knew there were issues. They listened to our vision and ideas and set-up our venue in a way that was exactly how we pictured it. All day on the wedding day and since then, we have received compliment after compliment from our family and guests about Sarah and her team.

One of my favorite funny moments of the day was when my new husband mentioned he wanted some water and I heard Sarah say to her Airpod "Siri, text Virginia that the groom needs water", and water suddenly appeared before our entrance into cocktail hour! Deciding to work with Sarah for our wedding was one of the best decisions we've ever made. Sarah provided a sense of calm and security for our big day. She kept us on track with various timelines and budgets while navigating us through all of the planning process. Most (if not all) of the vendors we worked with were recommendations of Sarah and we loved each and every one of them. Sarah and her AITD crew was indispensable in helping with my daughter & future son-in-law's wedding planning. While many of the vendor decisions were made before we contracted with AITD, Sarah was there from the time we signed the contract to answer questions, make suggestions, help with etiquette questions and go above and beyond what we had expected. The bride couldn't really understand why this MOB insisted on a planner - until a day or two after the wedding, when she realized how much AITD had done, especially the month before, to make sure everyone was where they needed to be so that everything ran smoothly. KUDOS to Sarah and her well-trained crew. We (especially this MOB!) couldn't have enjoyed the wedding without AITD's support!

I am not sure I can put into words the calm Sarah brought throughout the entire wedding process. From the initial introduction Sarah guided my daughter The Bride and myself with exceptional professionalism and organizational skills that will leave you in awe. Keeping us on track with goals and to-do lists provided the confidence it would all get done and also be amazing. And it was! The investment we made to have Sarah was WORTH EVERY PENNY! The day of she also had Laura and Taylor from her team to assist in any way possibly. Sarah always made herself available to us as she walked these rookie wedding planners down an unknown path. At one point she literally ran out of church as the party bus driver decided to make a loop around the church (don't ask why ...... there is no explanation) but Sarah was "on it with incredible speed." If you are hesitant about the investment I assure you, her knowledge along with the relationships she has developed with other Vendors made it the best decision from an organizational stand point but also a financial one. Sarah allowed this Mother of the Bride to be just that with joy and a full heart soaking in the Bride and all of her beauty along with family and friends there to support us. There is a reason her reviews and reputation are exceptional......she just is!

Working with Sarah was hands down, the best decision we made for our wedding. Sarah gave as much or as little guidance we needed to get plans in order. She was there for recommendations if we asked or she felt we might be needing some. She was supportive and helped us problem solve. I am a very organized person who likes detailed plans and it really is all in the details for her. Our weekend agenda was pages and pages long with details for every little thing. It was seriously fantastic and I would spend the money on a coordinator, specifically Sarah, all over again any day.

Sarah and her team were nothing short of amazing. We booked AITD for a day of coordinator, but she was so personable and went above and BEYOND to make our wedding day spectacular. I cannot say enough amazing things about Sarah and All in the Details. We hired out all aspects of our June 2021 Zoo wedding - since they have an onsite coordinator we considered skipping a day-of-coordinator. I am so thankful that we did not! We had a relatively stressful period leading up to our wedding, but once Sarah took over - we barely had to worry about a thing!

Sarah and her team created a complete day of timeline and ceremony plan. Two things I could truly have not done on my own. Additionally, she put together a full timeline for my vendors and handled all communication with them leading up to the wedding. I actually had multiple vendors comment on Sarah's professionalism and planning! Our wedding went off perfectly, something that could not have been done without Sarah and her team.

Just to give you one idea of how full service All in the Details is - we stayed at our wedding until midnight, once the lights came on an All in the Details team member tapped us on the shoulder to let us know an Uber was waiting outside, packed with our personal belongings, and snacks from our late night bar were handed to us! I could go on and on about Sarah and her team. If you are even remotely considering hiring a coordinator - I cannot recommend Sarah and All in the Details enough!

You could not dream up a better wedding planner! Sarah is truly a master of her craft. We would have been lost without her guidance and efforts throughout the planning process and on through the day of. Sarah truly thinks of EVERYTHING and makes sure you are making all the right decisions, even if you don't even know it at the time. She was such a great individual to work with and always made us feel like we were being productive and doing the right thing at the right time. We joke that by the end of it, Sarah knew our feelings before we did. We also really enjoyed using Sarah's planning tools and resources which made everything very digestible and made the road map clear. We cannot think of a more instrumental individual/vendor in making our dream wedding come true. Not only were we impressed by her work, all our other vendors made comments about how on-top of her game Sarah is! She truly makes each couple feel so incredibly special and your day an absolutely (stress-free) dream. If you're looking for a planner, stop now and book her! Would recommend to any bride!

Sarah and her team are absolutely wonderful to work with. Sarah guided us through the challenges of COVID like a seasoned pro. She allowed us time as a couple with our parents to think through all the impacts of COVID, but still kept us on track. Sarah was able to answer all our questions and is truly knowledgeable in the industry. Come wedding day, I did not have to worry about anything other than showing up. I am a type A planner but knew Sarah and her team had everything under control. We were ahead of schedule basically all day which allowed more time for pictures and allowed my husband and me to have some time alone on our big day. The day after the wedding my husband said 'Those wedding planners are magicians'. He summed it up perfectly. We are so thankful to Sarah and her team for helping make our day so special!!
