How do we even begin to encapsulate the amazing that is Audrey… we brought Audrey on to our wedding preparation journey 5 weeks ahead of time, at a point when we felt overwhelmed with the to do list and a growing list of questions of how and where and when (and by who!!) things were going to get done.

From our first introductory call, we immediately felt a weight lifted, as we now had someone in our corner who knows the ins and outs of the wedding world, having experience working at a wedding venue herself and as a wedding coordinator. Understanding both of these viewpoints, Audrey was able to know a lot of specific details and helped us to feel so at ease with her expertise. Audrey brought calm, professionalism, dependability, advocacy, and fun to our wedding planning process and our actual wedding day.

She made our vision for the day a reality, providing helpful recommendations and advice along the way. At the end of the day, she always went for what we wanted, helping us negotiate with our venue on some specifics and also making sure all of our vendors for the day were on track and also following through on what they said. We didn’t have to worry about anything going “wrong,” because we knew we had everything covered Audrey and was there to help us figure anything out— and when those little details came about (broken corsage, an interesting dynamic with one of our vendors, suits needed ironed, etc.), Audrey handled everything!

Audrey helped organize many details in the weeks leading up to the event, kept us on track with tasks, provided a day-of timeline that she shared with all the vendors, organized the ceremony schedule, conducted the ceremony rehearsal, provided all of our vendors with walkie-talkies so they could all communicate for the day, and decorated the entire venue for the day (including setting up all of the desserts, memory wall, decorations, aisle, place settings for 100+ people, and everything else!).

Even our families and bridal party raved about her! One of my bridesmaids said that she never trusted someone she had just met her life so quickly before. Though it sounds funny, it really felt so true! :’D

We truly and honestly cannot recommend Audrey enough!!

Audrey was truly one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. From the moment we started working with her, she brought a sense of calm, confidence, and professionalism that made the entire planning process so much easier.
One of the biggest examples of her dedication happened when the seating place cards we had paid to have printed arrived with the same guest's name on every single card. What felt like a disaster to us barely fazed Audrey. She immediately stepped in, handwrote every single place card herself, and somehow made them look even better than the ones we had originally ordered.
Throughout the entire process, whenever something unexpected came up, Audrey's response was always, "I got you." And she truly did. No matter the challenge, she handled it quickly and calmly, often solving problems before they had a chance to become stressful. What seemed like a major issue to us was something she fixed effortlessly.
On our wedding day, Audrey kept everything running smoothly behind the scenes, allowing us to be fully present and enjoy every moment. Her attention to detail, positive attitude, and genuine care for her couples are unmatched.
If you're looking for someone who will go above and beyond, make you feel supported, and treat your wedding like it's her own, Audrey is the person you want by your side. We cannot recommend her highly enough and are so grateful for everything she did to make our day absolutely perfect.

Audrey was hands-down one of the best decision we made for our wedding day. From the beginning, she helped me create a detailed timeline, coordinated seamlessly with all my vendors, and made sure every detail was handled so we could enjoy our day.

We weren't sure if we needed a coordinator until late in our planning process, and there were so, so many times on our wedding day, and for days after, where we each said "I can't imagine not having Audrey."

Far exceeded our expectations. Really can't overstate how valuable Audrey was in helping us organize things, figure out tricky ceremony details, communicate with vendors, just so many things we were overwhelmed by in the final few weeks.

On the day itself Audrey and her assistant worked incredibly hard, all morning and night, but remained invisible. For my wife and I, things just worked out. We were able to focus entirely on each other and our family and friends. Not one moment of stress, and there was a lot going on. Completely impossible without her. Crazy.

She was also — and this is a crucial detail, for me — great to talk to and work with. I could imagine a coordinator who's efficient and cold, but Audrey was always warm and energetic and seemed genuinely excited to help.

Would recommend to absolutely anyone.
