What a nightmare! This company was recommended to me by our reception site and seemed like a good value, so we did all our rentals through them. Tables and chairs as well as a very necessary portable toilet. The chairs and tables arrived fine, but were quite beat up. and the toilet never arrived! I was on the phone several times the Friday before our Saturday event to clear this up, but it was not. And I can say that the day before your wedding you certainly do not want to be on the phone complaining that a toilet has not arrived!
I was told not to worry and that it will be delivered, but did it? NO. So Saturday, the day of the event I try to reach them and guess what? They are not open on Saturdays! What type of event rental company doesn't work on the weekend, (when most events are) and doesn't have an emergency number?!!! If you want reliability and quality of service go somewhere else or you will surely regret it.
