We hired AHP for our 100-person wedding at Grass Room in LA. Priyan was the best wedding planner a couple could hope for. He and AHP as a whole were professional, creative, timely in their responses, well-connected, and such a pleasure to work with. We came to him with a vision for our wedding and he helped make it a reality with a perfect balance of making our ideas a reality and making suggestions of his own. Throughout our year and a half of planning, Priyan asked crucial questions at every meeting we took with vendors together, securing information we'd never thought to ask about. About a month or so before the wedding, Priyan took over the entirety of the process, reaching out promptly when he needed our confirmation but otherwise making sure that all of the hard work we'd done to prep became a reality. My spouse and I were able to fully relax (as much as possible, at least) the week leading up to the wedding as well as the day of—during our wedding we were able to fully enjoy our own event as Priyan handled vendors, the pre-scheduled timeline, and coordination generally. Even our family and wedding party members loved him. We lovingly, respectfully have taken to calling him our Wedding Dad, despite being around the same age. We'd shout it from the rooftops if we could: whether you're planning a backyard elopement or a hundreds-strong bash, hire AHP for your wedding—you won't regret it!!

We came to Priyan since we were having an inter-faith wedding and wanted a glamorous theme to our special day. He not only had everything organized and ready to go with all the needed details and logistics, but came with such a sharp eye for design and event coordination, that our event turned out worlds better than we expected. He also has a fabulous assortment of vendors he works with, and our wedding looked extraordinarily more expensive and lush than what we paid.

Priyan is an absolute pro. He planned a wedding reception for me and my husband, and the event he put together was lovely. We wanted an event that felt meaningful and elevated, but not too bombastic or formal. Priyan really understood how to strike the right balance, and the evening was perfect. We so appreciated how he was able to take our lead on the kind of event we wanted, while also providing ample guidance at the points when we needed it. I would heartily recommend him for any event.

Booking Priyan was the single best decision we made about our wedding! If you are considering booking him and his team, be assured that he will make all the difference in making your wedding dreams a reality. He was very precise in handling the details: setting up/taking down, timeline, managing our vendors, etc. On top of that, he was only a phone call, text, or email away whenever we needed advice or help. We had weekly phone calls and zoom meetings. He even communicated with us while he was out of the country. He was able to give us suggestions on almost everything we needed. (e.g. What kind of backdrop? What kind of dance floor and material? What kind of center pieces? Do we need more lighting? Weather concerns?). He had such a calming presence, which really helped us manage the anxiety we had during planning. Our venue was an outdoor garden concept and we had about 180 guests. Words cannot describe how amazing the place turned into. We were relaxed knowing that we were in the hands of a true professional. He thought of all the little details to really make venue come alive. He really stuck to our budget and helped us think of ways to maximize our dollars. Some of our vendors were a bit challenging in the weeks leading up to the wedding, but Priyan handled all communications so we didn’t have to stress. Come the day of the wedding, we walked into the venue and our jaws dropped. It was truly one of the most beautiful set ups we had ever seen, and all of our stress and anxiety was gone. We were also oblivious to any issues going on behind the scenes as Priyan addressed them all in stride on our behalf. We had a traditional Hindu ceremony and reception and Priyan was both knowledgeable about and sensitive to that aspect of our wedding. Priyan made all the difference in our wedding and I highly recommend him to anyone! 3 months later and everyone is still talking about the wedding and how amazing the venue and setup was. Priyan was the best decision we made for our wedding. Admittedly, I am not the most organized, but Priyan helped me with timelines, offered to get on all of my vendor phone calls, and made the process way less daunting. On the day of the wedding, he anticipated all of our needs before we even needed to ask. Him and his team even managed to bring in our huge altar arrangement to the reception, saving us a ton of money and making the reception look better than we could have imagined. He was somehow everywhere but made his presence hardly noticed. The wedding would not have gone as smoothly if we didn't have Priyan!

I will say the thing that makes him stand out the most is his personality - he's relatable, comforting, funny, and now I want to be his best friend. Thanks for everything, Priyan!

I cannot recommend Priyan and the whole Alfred House Productions team enough!! They made our day and the process of planning just seamless. I think I said multiple times I do not know what I would have done with him. He is professional, cares about both people's needs and asks, and is so easy to work with. Working with Priyan was one of the best decisions we made about our wedding. At first we thought we'd only get a wedding coordinator day of because our venue (Calamigos Ranch) provides a good chunk of what we need, but I'm so glad we ended up hiring him to help us design the wedding from the beginning. There are so many little things to think of and deal with that we didn't know about and both my husband and I work full time as lawyers, so it would have been so stressful not having him there handling everything for us. He was always so on top everything, very responsive, took the initiative on things and both him and his team really cared about making our wedding look and feel amazing. I was skeptical about whether he could capture the magical forest fairyland theme I had envisioned in my head, but he definitely did and understood what we wanted completely and executed it better than we had imagined. So many people told me that it was the most beautiful wedding they had ever been to (and a few of the staff members at Calamigos said they had never seen that venue--the Oak Room--look so incredible). My family also loved him and kept telling me what a great job he was doing with making sure the wedding party, family and guests were well taken care of.

I will also say that one of the things I appreciated most is how calm he is under pressure. Apparently there were a couple of snags here and there a day or two before the wedding with vendors and he worked around the clock to fix and address it without bothering me about it, which was so nice because I honestly would not have wanted to hear about it at the time since it involved minor decor issues that I had no room in my brain for! Anyway, Priyan was a total pleasure to work with and he clearly loves the work that he does. I highly recommend him!

Priyan is a pro in every sense of the word. He brings a both-sides-of-the-brain approach to his work, deftly handling all the logistical elements that go into planning a wedding that those civilian celebrants such as ourselves just won’t even know to think of. He never over-promises, and is always honest about what is possible within your budget. Yet at the same time, Priyan always aims to make as much of the impossible possible. There is no doubt in my mind that hiring Alfred House Productions as our wedding planners was the best decision my husband and I made throughout the entire wedding process. We had a large guest count of over 500 invitees (with 300 that did attend) for a two-day Indian wedding and when we first began, we had no idea where to start. Priyan walked us through every single step of the way and helped us plan two absolutely beautiful events in a city than we did not live in, each unique and breathtaking, while making sure we stayed within our budget. Priyan was a favorite of our two traditional mothers who had many requirements for how the ceremony would need to go and he made sure all of their requests were fulfilled with kindness and patience. I myself was an anxious bride so I sent Priyan a million emails and questions and Priyan was always responsive and helpful. He made what would have been a stressful experience exciting and fun and was with us from the initial selection of our venues to the last details of our party favors and even our Sunday brunch. Priyan would frequently schedule phone conferences with us and assuage any of our fears or concerns and somehow managed to think of all of the small details we would have certainly forgotten. Every single aspect of the wedding went smoothly thanks to Priyan and his amazing team. Priyan somehow singlehandedly figured out how to stop downtown LA traffic so that our 300 person Baraat could cross the street. Every single person who attended the wedding marveled at how unique and organized it was. My whole family and I are profoundly grateful to Priyan for his assistance and I can't imagine a better wedding planner exists.
