Hana and her team perfectly executed our logistically difficult destination wedding in Las Vegas and did so with a great attitude, poise and professionalism. She is based in Los Angeles and traveled out with us. Our wedding had a separate ceremony and reception at different times and venues, and our reception had 3 different entertainment components (a live band, a bilingual MC for the official wedding program and a traditional Korean tea ceremony). So there were a ton of moving pieces to coordinate and, while there was a very detailed plan going in, there needed to be some adjustments and last minute judgment calls which Hana handled very well. In particular, there was a collective misunderstanding of the floor plan such that the attendees at the cocktail hour could not see the live band, but Hana arranged for a last minute alternative room set up that worked really well. Also, she expertly learned, taught and executed a complicated Korean tea ceremony and made it both entertaining to the guests and relatively stress free for the participants.

For the price of her services, she provided an amazing value, but even beyond that she showed that her and her team can handle complex situations which are bound to occur at weddings.

I highly recommend Hana to anyone looking for a wedding coordinator. She’s bilingual in Korean and English so that helped tremendously with our guests. She is very organized and pleasant to work with. I liked that she set up calls leading up to the wedding to make sure we’re on track with everything. She's also very responsive through texts too. The day of coordinating was on point. She helped put everything in place so the reception looked great, she helped me with outfit changes, and made sure we were on schedule. The wedding timeline went on without a hitch. Thank you, Hana for making our wedding the best night ever.
