Absolutely pleased with the service! I can't believe how easy it was to get the Groom his tux...without even leaving the hotel!!! Thank you!!!

Vince was fabulous! He ensured all the guys looked their absolute best. We faxed in out of town measurements and everything was delivered to our hotel. One of the tuxes was picked up by another vendor from our hotel by accident. Vince worked with the bell desk to locate it. He never freaked out on us, didn't ask for additional rental fees, but worked to resolve the mystery of the missing tux. An absolute pleasure to deal with. Perfect for out of town rentals. Highly recommend.

They drop off the tuxedo and pick it up in our hotel... we didn't have to worry about that...

This was an absolutely smooth experience. Joy, the store manager at the Tropicana location, is the BEST! My wedding party was not the most common shapes to fit. She measured everyone precisely and made spot on color/style recommendations for the groom and son of the bride. Everything fit wonderfully including the shoes. The convenience of having the shop in the hotel and just dropping the stuff at the bell desk was great. Friendly, accurate, and personal service is the standard here.
