MaidenWhite was the first and only stop I made in my search for the perfect wedding dress. I went in with no expectations or prior experience in wedding dress shopping and was blown away by the care, quality, and professionalism that Alyssa (the owner) and Sam (my fantastic stylist) provided. From the beautiful dresses on display to the snacks and drinks they offered, everything was thoughtfully prepared. But what stood out most was their genuine interest in getting to know me as a bride and helping me find a dress that perfectly captured my spirit.

We tried on twelve to fifteen different styles, narrowing down what I liked. I learned so much about myself during the process—it felt like speed dating for dresses! I discovered I’m far more feminine than I realized. I have hips! And I actually look good in corset tops, even with a smaller bust. The sporty looks I initially gravitated toward didn’t feel quite right. In the end, I chose a dress with floral details and a corset top—something I never would’ve considered before but will now seek out in my everyday wardrobe!

The craziest thing happened at the end of the fitting. After trying on about fourteen dresses, all of which were lovely and made me feel like a model, none of them felt truly special. Then Sam suggested a dress I hadn’t seen or known about. (She had a feeling about this one before I even walked into the store—before we had met!) When I tried it on, it felt like it had been designed just for me. As soon as I stepped onto the pedestal, our first dance song started to play. I was overwhelmed with emotion as I saw my reflection. The woman staring back was the most feminine, confident, beautiful version of myself I’d ever seen. Sam handed me a bouquet, and I burst into happy tears. My entire crew started crying too. It was perfect!

These women are magical. They turned my fitting into something much more than a dress search. They helped me discover my inner feminine spirit and created one of the most meaningful memories of my life with love and sincerity.
