My bridal appointment here was everything I wanted it to be. The day before I had gone to another store which was such a horrible experience. I was feeling down and insecure, but I kept my appointment at Brilliant Bridal anyways and I’m so glad I did. I went to try on one specific dress. It was exactly what I envisioned, but it was missing something. Kristen was absolutely amazing, she started styling me up adding a veil, hair accessories, a belt, and even showed me what a custom skirt would look like. I went from hating my body to feeling like a Barbie and she made the dress more perfect than I could’ve imagined.

She really took her time with me and listened to all of my questions and comments. I can be so indecisive and she never got annoyed or made me feel rushed, instead she was kind and helped me create a one of a kind dress that I am OBSESSED with. I am constantly looking at pictures of my dress and I can’t wait for my wedding just so I can show it off.

The staff were so sweet and helpful when I came in to find my wedding dress! They even helped me get some extra discounts when I had found the perfect dress but it was a little out of my price range. They really care, and it shows.

I couldn't recommend them enough!! Kristen was so patient with my indecisiveness and worked hard to help me find some dresses to try, and eventually find the one I said yes to! She made the moment so special for me & the people I brought with me... there wasn't a dry eye in the group. I ended up finding a dress that I was in love with and was half of my budget. Slightly off topic, but the next day, I was trying to remember a song that was on over the speakers the moment that I decided that this dress was the one. I couldn't remember it and it was driving me nuts, so I decided to call and ask if there was a Spotify playlist they used that I could look through. I spoke with Kristen again and she helped me find the song so I could ensure it's on my wedding playlist. I know it seems like a small detail, but that meant so much! I definitely recommend checking this place out.

I honestly have nothing bad to say about brilliant bridal. The staff is amazing the gowns are beautiful and reasonably priced in my opinion. I had a great experience with them!!

Us two brides went to Brilliant Bridal via appointment made online -- knowing there needed to be some strategic moving of us around since we did not want to see each other's dresses! Tay and Kristin were amazing help and not only were super knowledgable in fitting us with styles that worked for our tastes, but also made sure it did not clash with one another. I'm not sure why people even go to some of these major places, or even the couture-esque places. We walked into a couple before this appointment, and ended up walking right out. At Brilliant Bridal, we had designer gowns that -- okay, were now 'retired,' but also half the price, and still beautiful. I can't recommend this place enough -- and we consider everyone here a friend. It was a lovely experience in which we saved on our budget!

I bought my wedding dress in July 2021 for my June 2022 wedding. Kat was my stylist and wonderful to work with! I showed her pictures of the type of dress I was looking for, and she found the perfect one for me. Brilliant Bridal has beautiful dresses at a reasonable price and great service. Highly recommend!

Tay was amazing!! I showed her a few picks and explained what I wanted and she knew exactly the right dresses to pull!!! It was the first dress that I tried on and knew it was the perfect one!! Great quality, affordable prices, and great service

For any brides in the area who have been in search of the perfect dress for your wedding day, look no further! You will be in excellent hands with the staff at Brilliant Bridal; Savannah was absolutely incredible and if I could give her 10 stars, I definitely would. I felt completely at ease and the very first dress that Savannah picked out for me ended up being THE dress! She really listened and made the experience completely unlike the other dress shopping consultations I'd had previously at different shops/boutiques. I went into the appointment with hesitation because I had already been to several other places and it was always the same song and dance--consultants who didn't listen to what I wanted, weren't transparent about prices and put me into gowns that were way over my budget, and/or pressuring me to try to get me to commit to a dress using scare tactics about shipping issues and how "I would never find a dress" if I waited even a couple of weeks despite my wedding being a year away. My experience at Brilliant Bridal was the total opposite of that; it was everything I had originally imagined dress shopping would be and then some. I wasn't stressed at all and I was able to enjoy the process and really find what I was looking for. I didn't expect to walk away with a dress, but with Savannah's help I was able to find the perfect wedding dress that really expressed me and exceeded my expectations. I could go on and on, but trust me. Brilliant Bridal will take care of you and you will not be disappointed!
