My bridal appointment here was everything I wanted it to be. The day before I had gone to another store which was such a horrible experience. I was feeling down and insecure, but I kept my appointment at Brilliant Bridal anyways and I’m so glad I did. I went to try on one specific dress. It was exactly what I envisioned, but it was missing something. Kristen was absolutely amazing, she started styling me up adding a veil, hair accessories, a belt, and even showed me what a custom skirt would look like. I went from hating my body to feeling like a Barbie and she made the dress more perfect than I could’ve imagined.

She really took her time with me and listened to all of my questions and comments. I can be so indecisive and she never got annoyed or made me feel rushed, instead she was kind and helped me create a one of a kind dress that I am OBSESSED with. I am constantly looking at pictures of my dress and I can’t wait for my wedding just so I can show it off.

The staff were so sweet and helpful when I came in to find my wedding dress! They even helped me get some extra discounts when I had found the perfect dress but it was a little out of my price range. They really care, and it shows.

I couldn't recommend them enough!! Kristen was so patient with my indecisiveness and worked hard to help me find some dresses to try, and eventually find the one I said yes to! She made the moment so special for me & the people I brought with me... there wasn't a dry eye in the group. I ended up finding a dress that I was in love with and was half of my budget. Slightly off topic, but the next day, I was trying to remember a song that was on over the speakers the moment that I decided that this dress was the one. I couldn't remember it and it was driving me nuts, so I decided to call and ask if there was a Spotify playlist they used that I could look through. I spoke with Kristen again and she helped me find the song so I could ensure it's on my wedding playlist. I know it seems like a small detail, but that meant so much! I definitely recommend checking this place out.
