I live in Las Vegas and needed alterations on my wedding dress for our wedding inLaguna Beach. I heard great things about Europin so I had them do the alterations on my wedding dress and add a detachable train! They were all so kind and welcoming for all my fittings and made me feel at ease. Alessandra did magic in making my dress fit perfectly, adding the train and French bustle! They are so talented and I am sure to return for future alterations on other clothing. Amazing wedding gowns collections and even better service! My year long search for my dream dress stopped at Europin. Absolutely fabulous and elegant place. Not just that I found my dress (Casablanca Bellowed), they were able to make it perfect fit for my big day. The whole process went smoothly and seamless. From scheduling my fitting appointments until my final pick up day. Alma and Alessandra are officially my favorite gals. It's worth mentioning that made my fiance's suit perfect fit as well.

I’d visited europin in the past for other alterations so when I needed my wedding dress hemmed they were the natural choice. I had no idea they’d opened a bridal salon alongside their shop otherwise I certainly would have shopped for my gown there. The customer service is 10/10 as is the quality of the service. I love supporting this family owned business.

I am so glad Europin Tailors was recommended to me by friends! I don't have many items that need tailoring, but when I got engaged, I knew I needed somewhere to take my wedding dress. I started asking around, both friends and acquaintances, and literally everyone I asked said, "go to Alma!" I'm so glad I did! The customer service is top notch and you truly do receive the movie start treatment. I had a group of 8 people come with me for my 1st fitting and they were so gracious - basically rolled out the red carpet! Not to mention, my wedding is overseas and they were able to help me safely pack up my dress for me for the trip. The dress fits like a glove as well! Both an American and French bustle was added and it was pure art. Would highly recommend and plan on using Europin for all of my other non-wedding tailoring needs!

I got my wedding dress altered at Europin and really enjoyed working with Alma and her staff. They were able to work with my schedule and have my dress completed early. The staff is kind and the services are professional. I would bring my dress here again.

I went to this European tailor because they were one of the only places in the USA that sold the Julia Kontogruni wedding dress (around $7,250) however when I got there they changed that price to $12,659.65. If I knew that I would have gone to Texas instead but I was already in Vegas and said okay whatever. Which was a HUGE mistake. At first, they seemed professional--they took my measurements correctly. But everything after that has been a complete disaster.

They insisted I needed a champagne-colored petticoat under my dress, which I trusted since they are supposed to be the experts. Not only did this look terrible, but it wasn't even the right style. Later, I discovered the website specifically states an XL petticoat is needed, yet they gave me a flimsy ring petticoat instead. Which I will post picture of that here.

On top of that, they charged me outrageous prices:
* $600 for a plain wedding veil (no diamonds, no gold, nothing special).
* $1,050 for alterations, and then more fees for additional "alterations."

I also have proof in email that back in January 2024, the dress was quoted at $7,250. By the time I returned, the price had jumped significantly with no clear explanation.

They promised my dress would be ready in about 6 weeks. Instead, when I came back 7 months later on August 8, 2025, only the petticoat was done--unfinished, with no zipper. They expected me to keep flying back to Vegas multiple times for fittings. When I gave them another chance on August 20, 2025 the petticoat was still wrong.

I trusted them because they presented themselves as experts, but they clearly had no idea what they were doing. The entire process has been a scam that cost me thousands of dollars, wasted months of time, and caused so much stress.

I wish I had gone with Sposa Mia Couture in Texas instead.

This place Europin store is unprofessional, overpriced, and unreliable. Brides, please save yourself the heartbreak and stay far away. You have been warned.
