Advent Entertainment was the perfect choice for our wedding and we can't recommended them enough. Adam and Mo are super easy to work with and really took the time to get to know us as a couple. They helped us pick some awesome music and everyone had the best time dancing. They went above and beyond in terms of services and Adam even gave us mints before we walked down the aisle which was so thoughtful and kind. Adam and Mo were able to keep our party going and took requests on the fly which our guests loved! They are are super flexible and really take the time to work with the couple and understand your vision.

We hired Adam as our DJ for our wedding. He was incredible to work with and we would recommend him to anyone.

He met with us several times virtually to go over his questionnaire, proposed timeline, and to discuss our desires for what we wanted our wedding day to look like. From our meetings, we could tell he is an active listener and a great communicator. He was realistic with what would work and open to our vision while still keeping in line with his style as a DJ.
Adam has an online portal to create song requests and preferences as well as to get to know us, our styles, and our vision for the wedding day. He also had suggestions for unique activities that we could choose to include, all with the intent to keep the guests engaged and having fun. He was able to answer all our questions and incorporate our special requests. He coordinated well with our photographer to get table photos completed not only efficiently but in a fun way for all involved.

When it came to the dance floor, we loved how well he was able to read the crowd and kept them engaged with his music and within our own requests and music style. He has such great energy. It was also really rewarding hearing our selected music played at the wedding. We selected our own songs for cocktail hour and dinner, and were able to make suggestions for the dance floor. Where we weren't sure songs would fit, Adam utilized his expertise to include them where most appropriate. The whole experience was very streamlined and enjoyable.

As with most weddings, little unexpected things come up, our wedding was no different. What came up was not related to anything that Adam or any of his staff did. Adam was attentive, flexible, and problem solved to aid in addressing any of those things.

We also utilized his photobooth service and highly recommend it as well. Guests were able to get physical copies for themselves as well as additional copies to place in our guestbook! Nate also set aside hard copies of photos for us at the end of the night and sent us an electronic copy of all the photos in single frame as well as in the photobooth format that we had chosen. It was so much fun for us and for our guests.

We are so happy we booked DJ Mo with Advent Entertainment for our wedding! He was a delight to work with and the dance floor was packed all night long.

When my now husband and I made a list of our wedding priorities, good music and a packed dance floor were high on the list. DJ Mo delivered on both! In the prep calls leading up the wedding, Mo was easy to talk to and able to clearly answer all of our questions. He was happy to provide us with sample transitions, help us figure out exactly how we wanted the night to go, and accommodate all of our requests. After our first wedding dj went to jail and took our money with him, Adam was happy to step in to be apart of our big day! Although he couldn’t do our wedding, he found someone that could for us! He charged me a highly reduced rate given the circumstances and has also been working to get us refunded from the original dj! He has already managed to provide us with $1250 from our last dj and has gone above and beyond with anything we could ever ask and need! Highly reccommend Adam if your looking for someone who will be real with you, provides insurance, and makes sure you are well taken care of!

Adam was the best DJ! He was very communicative throughout the whole wedding planning process and had a super easy to use and helpful website that we used to share our music ideas and discuss the logistics. He suggested things for our wedding day that made it go so smoothly and listened to our requests. Day of, Adam was super fun and professional! He played all of our requested music and tied in other songs that our guests loved. People kept telling us how great the music was and how much fun they had! Adam captured our music taste and really helped us have the best wedding! We can’t say thank you enough!

We truly enjoyed working with Adam, although it didn't feel like work. He took into consideration our needs and wants and was a perfect mix of professional and fun. I recently had Advent (Adam and Mo) DJ my wedding.

I was very nervous when trying to book a DJ for my wedding. I have seen and been to many, many weddings before. I have seen the best DJs, and I have seen the worst DJs. I knew what I needed, and what I needed was really more than a DJ. I needed a DJ, sure, but I also needed a good MC, and I needed a great entertainer.

Advent was recommended to me by a very close and trusted friend, so when I found out Advent could provide all the extra bells and whistles (up-lighting, TV screens, and dance floor smoke) that I was also looking for, I booked immediately without meeting anyone in person. Didn't matter Advent was out of town and a little extra money for travel. I trusted my friend. Glad to say, I never once regretted that decision.

A few months later I met Adam to start the planning process. Adam was very professional and tech savy throughout the whole process. He asked us every question you could think of, and did everything we asked leading up to the event day.

On event day, Adam and Mo made the drive to our location and setup everything perfectly. On the microphone Adam was everything I had hoped. He was entertaining. Mo was the DJ and he too was everything I had hoped for. Played all the music we had discussed during planning and the combination of him and Adam was perfect. They really made everyone want to participate in the fun.

Our wedding day was amazing, and it would not have been that way without Adam, Mo, and Advent Entertainment. They were professional and provided a high quality service for an amazing price. Would recommend to anyone, for any event.

Dj Mo was absolutely incredible for our wedding. We had a smaller crowd and I was worried people may not dance, but Mo had the dance floor packed for the entire time. It was amazing! We gave him a list of songs that was extremely varied (and extremely disorganized) and he managed to weave them all together seamlessly. He also was very patient with our absolute cluelessness about weddings - he helped us work out the perfect timeline and provided so many useful tips and tricks for a great event.

At one point during the reception, Mo broke out these fun giant light up sticks that were a big hit - especially with our ring bearer who quickly saw the opportunity for a light saber battle with my cousin. Such a cool touch!

I had seen Mo DJ a couple times before our wedding, so I already knew he was very talented, but even still he surpassed my expectations. Highly recommend!
