Advent Entertainment was the perfect choice for our wedding and we can't recommended them enough. Adam and Mo are super easy to work with and really took the time to get to know us as a couple. They helped us pick some awesome music and everyone had the best time dancing. They went above and beyond in terms of services and Adam even gave us mints before we walked down the aisle which was so thoughtful and kind. Adam and Mo were able to keep our party going and took requests on the fly which our guests loved! They are are super flexible and really take the time to work with the couple and understand your vision. -

We hired Adam as our DJ for our wedding. He was incredible to work with and we would recommend him to anyone.
He met with us several times virtually to go over his questionnaire, proposed timeline, and to discuss our desires for what we wanted our wedding day to look like. From our meetings, we could tell he is an active listener and a great communicator. He was realistic with what would work and open to our vision while still keeping in line with his style as a DJ.
Adam has an online portal to create song requests and preferences as well as to get to know us, our styles, and our vision for the wedding day. He also had suggestions for unique activities that we could choose to include, all with the intent to keep the guests engaged and having fun. He was able to answer all our questions and incorporate our special requests. He coordinated well with our photographer to get table photos completed not only efficiently but in a fun way for all involved.
When it came to the dance floor, we loved how well he was able to read the crowd and kept them engaged with his music and within our own requests and music style. He has such great energy. It was also really rewarding hearing our selected music played at the wedding. We selected our own songs for cocktail hour and dinner, and were able to make suggestions for the dance floor. Where we weren't sure songs would fit, Adam utilized his expertise to include them where most appropriate. The whole experience was very streamlined and enjoyable.
As with most weddings, little unexpected things come up, our wedding was no different. What came up was not related to anything that Adam or any of his staff did. Adam was attentive, flexible, and problem solved to aid in addressing any of those things.
We also utilized his photobooth service and highly recommend it as well. Guests were able to get physical copies for themselves as well as additional copies to place in our guestbook! Nate also set aside hard copies of photos for us at the end of the night and sent us an electronic copy of all the photos in single frame as well as in the photobooth format that we had chosen. It was so much fun for us and for our guests. -

We are so happy we booked DJ Mo with Advent Entertainment for our wedding! He was a delight to work with and the dance floor was packed all night long.
When my now husband and I made a list of our wedding priorities, good music and a packed dance floor were high on the list. DJ Mo delivered on both! In the prep calls leading up the wedding, Mo was easy to talk to and able to clearly answer all of our questions. He was happy to provide us with sample transitions, help us figure out exactly how we wanted the night to go, and accommodate all of our requests. He seamlessly worked in all of our song requests and kept all of our friends and family members dancing regardless of age or background. I highly recommend DJ Mo and Advent Entertainment. -

Adam was the best DJ! He was very communicative throughout the whole wedding planning process and had a super easy to use and helpful website that we used to share our music ideas and discuss the logistics. He suggested things for our wedding day that made it go so smoothly and listened to our requests. Day of, Adam was super fun and professional! He played all of our requested music and tied in other songs that our guests loved. People kept telling us how great the music was and how much fun they had! Adam captured our music taste and really helped us have the best wedding! We can’t say thank you enough! -

We truly enjoyed working with Adam, although it didn't feel like work. He took into consideration our needs and wants and was a perfect mix of professional and fun. We had no worries about anything entertainment related leading up to the wedding because he truly thought of everything and we felt we could trust him for anything last minute that could come up. -

Dj Mo was absolutely incredible for our wedding. We had a smaller crowd and I was worried people may not dance, but Mo had the dance floor packed for the entire time. It was amazing! We gave him a list of songs that was extremely varied (and extremely disorganized) and he managed to weave them all together seamlessly. He also was very patient with our absolute cluelessness about weddings - he helped us work out the perfect timeline and provided so many useful tips and tricks for a great event.
At one point during the reception, Mo broke out these fun giant light up sticks that were a big hit - especially with our ring bearer who quickly saw the opportunity for a light saber battle with my cousin. Such a cool touch!
I had seen Mo DJ a couple times before our wedding, so I already knew he was very talented, but even still he surpassed my expectations. Highly recommend! -

I can’t say enough amazing things about Advent. They were great to work with and made sure our wedding was perfect. They did the music for ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. Becca and Michael were incredible!! We met with Becca several times during the planning process and she was on top of everything. They really take into account what you want your event to look like, from schedule, to games, to music you like and don’t like. And the dance floor was crowded all night, the tables were empty and everyone was dancing. We also used their first dance on the cloud which was stunning. They went above and beyond, you definitely want Advent Entertainment for your wedding or party!! -

Adam and Becca MADE our day! From the moment we started working with Adam we knew we were in good hands. Not only is he incredible with what he does, he truly cares about your day and will go above and beyond to make it perfect. Adam was such a safe place for us while wedding planning. Reminding us that is was our day and everything would be amazing. When the day of the wedding came it was the hottest day ever (no really it was) we get to the venue Adam comes with water and cool clothes for us. Not something he had to do but HE CARES! He made sure we hydrated and ate! No to the music let me tell you everyone was on that dance floor from children to adults. The list of music they curated for our wedding was perfect! People all night kept coming up to us saying saying “wow your djs are amazing” by the end of the night everyone was nonstop talking about Adam and Becca. The interaction with the crowd was incredible the games they played hilarious. I couldn’t imagine anyone else being the DJ on our wedding day. Though I feel DJ doesn’t do it justice Adam and his wife (who is also incredible) drove some people back after the wedding in order for those people to get Ubers. I am now looking for events to host so I can have them DJ again. In most cases you have one wedding day, one first dance and so on. Trust them with this you will not be disappointed. If you want the best here it is!! -

DJ Mic Power made our wedding and reception a night my husband and I, and all of our guests will cherish forever! Our wedding had been postponed twice due to Covid and we were all so ready to enjoy each others company and have a memorable night! DJ Mic was organized and professional throughout the planning stages and delivery. He helped outline typical microphone and music needs so that we could pick our perfect song choices for the important aspects, and left the rest up to DJ Mic to choose!- we didn't have to worry about a thing the entire evening. His read of the crowd and music choices were spot on and had everyone dancing continuously until we were essentially kicked out of the venue! He was by far our best, and arguably the most important?!, vendor choice of our entire wedding. Now 6 mos later (sorry about the overdue review!), our friends and family are STILL talking about how much fun our wedding was! Thank you for making our wedding- perfection! -

When I tell you we went hard on the dance floor at our wedding, I mean we went HARD. Adam kept the party going all night long, when the night was over nobody wanted to leave, we practically had to kick the guests off the dance floor! Guests were dancing their way onto the bus to go home! I danced so hard all night, I don't think any amount of dry cleaning will get the sweat out of my wedding dress. Every time people said "Oh, I need a break, let me go sit down for a minute", Adam would start yet another crowd pleaser bop and people would RUN back to the dance floor. Every time someone came up to me and said "Let me get a picture with the lovely Bride!", I rushed them along because I wanted to get back on the dance floor so badly! "Mhm, yeah. Great pic! Are we good here? I've really got to go, Adam is playing my jam." He had meetings with us to make sure he knew exactly what our and our guests' music taste was to ensure he made the perfect party playlist. I told Adam I wanted to throw my bouquet to the Pokemon Theme Song. Adam got the crowd so pumped for that bouquet toss, it was the best moment of the night. I have never seen a crowd of 50 people scream any song in unison so enthusiastically in my entire life, let alone the Pokemon theme song. We did the "First Dance on a Cloud" package, and it was so beautiful! It looked gorgeous in our wedding photos and video! Adam also led the party in playing the Shoeleyweds game, but with rubber duckies so I wouldn't have to take my shoes off, and it was a total hit! We had such a fun night, I don't think I've had that much of a blast on the dance floor since college, actually maybe ever in all honesty. Every other party I attend for the rest of time will pale in comparison to the our Advent Entertainment wedding reception! P.S. To all of my LGBTQ+ couples out there, this is a LGBTQ+ friendly vendor! 5 stars, highly recommend! -

DJ Mike was very easy to work with and he was very personable and fun throughout the entire process. Mike did a great job of effectively engaging with the crowd, while never feeling overwhelming. He transitioned seamlessly between our chosen songs and his own selections. We would definitely recommend Mike and Advent Entertainment for your next event! -

From start to finish, working with Advent Entertainment & DJ Mic was amazing. My mom and I had met Advent Entertainment at a bridal show & as soon as we got talking to Mike, we KNEW he had to be our DJ. Such a fun, genuine person and he made the entire process so easy. We have now seen Adam at work as both the bride and groom and as guests at a wedding and he is exceptional. For our own wedding we had Adam and Mo who kept the party going until we had to leave! They had everyone on the dance floor and everyone engaged during dinner with different games. We had a few meetings prior to the wedding with Adam and he helped us to talk through different songs we wanted and decide on a few that we were unsure of.
He made sure to play songs we requested and stay away from songs we did not want and knew how to work the crowd to please all ages. He brought great energy to the wedding and kept everyone smiling. We through our trust into him with many songs and he did not disappoint! -

To book any other entertainment service would be a mistake. In all sincerity, Adam saved our wedding. Our original DJ caught COVID THREE DAYS BEFORE OUR WEDDING. Adam, the owner, made arrangements for his staff to cover another wedding and covered ours HIMSELF. While certainly one of the fastest organized weddings ever, it was wonderfully executed. Adam was professional, accommodating, and helpful in every way. We had a blast. 10/10. -

I've had the great fortune of being involved in two weddings Advent entertainment worked at. Whether it was officiating my wedding or DJing my brother's, Adam and his team at Advent go above and beyond to turn special days into unforgettable memories your friends and family will be talking about for decades.
It's easy enough to show up and read a script or shuffle a playlist. But that's not nearly good enough for the standard Adam holds himself to. His crowd involvement, behind-the-scenes support, outstanding professionalism, and passion for making your day the best it can be are unrivaled.
In the dozen or so weddings I've been to, every single one of them pale in comparison to the experience Advent provides. Don't look any further for your DJ - or officiant! -

Our DJ was absolute pleasure to work with! He was extremely personable and very responsive. He would check in multiple times through out the process and completely understood our vision of what we were looking for. We received so many compliments during and after the wedding about the music and vibe of the night. We explained to Mo that we’re were incorporating some Star Wars and Harry Potter into our wedding and he did a fabulous job of delivering us our vision! Needless to say, look no further Advent Entertainment is the way to go! …I secretly want to have another wedding just to have Mo DJ again! -

Adam with Advent Entertainment exceeded every expectation. He kept our guests entertained, laughing, dancing, and having an incredible time all night long. He was so engaging with my children and the younger guests, wiggled in all our favorite songs, was compassionate to energy we wanted at our wedding, and honestly was just so upbeat and had such great energy. He added lighting to our packaged -- and they customized lights and ambiance that just knocked it out of the park! Our family and friends are still raving about the music, to fun, and the positive vibes we brought to our day. Adam remembered every little detail that was important to us, and was overall so fun to work with. He truly helped to create everything we could have wanted in our wedding. -

Adam and his team were amazing for the whole experience for us. In the months leading up we met up multiple times online to go over all the broad then finer details. His software and system was very user friendly and allowed us to customize our wedding. He offered to help with everything from setting up to making sure our keyboardist for the ceremony was properly wired for sound. He and his team were very energetic, attentive, and in control of our whole reception. Also would highly recommend the cloud feature on the dance floor made it look like my wife and I were dancing in the air. 10/10 would recommend to anyone! -

I happen to know Adam personally, I am a HUGE live music person. But when we decided we would rather spend more on photos to remember the day than a band I had one DJ and one DJ only who would fill that spot. I will say I probably gave him the hardest time over all my other vendors because DJ's generally aren't my style and I was so nervous like any other event I would be displeased with most of the song playing. So I was pretty strict with what I wanted and didn't want. Well Adam absolutely blew me out of the water. I was so pleased with what I was hearing, I even caught the wedding coordinator and some staff dancing around the corner which I found hysterical - she was totally embarrassed and had to explain she actually liked this DJ and what he was playing. I told her that is exactly what I wanted to hear and keep enjoying! Our guests also made a lot of comments on how they were very pleased as well.
We also were able to use Adams services for up-lighting and a cloud to dance upon, both turned out beautifully!
I was additionally thankful for Adam as he is the one reason I actually got a timeline together for the day!! I have no idea how to plan that and the "wedding coordinator" was not as helpful as I would have liked. Adam comes with a small team who just help things run smoothly as possible. He was a joy to work with and I would highly recommend him to anyone interested. If he passes my approval he is truly THE DJ I am such a tough critic. -

Adam and Giselle made our wedding amazing! From the beginning, Adam was great. He was responsive to all my emails and took time to meet with me prior to the wedding. He even acquired a TV to bring to my venue and helped me plan a way to surprise my husband with an awesome video that we played at the reception! My husband wanted a very specific song to walk down the aisle to, and it blew my mind that Adam was able to find an instrumental version of it! He paid attention to all the important details. He was super fun and personable, easy to talk to and communicate with. Our dance floor was packed all night long, and we had so many compliments on the DJ! My experience was phenomenal, and I am so happy that he set the tone of the night. I have such fun memories to look back on, because he helped create such a fun night. -

We are a couple born and raised in New York State but are currently located in Washington DC, and Adam made our long distance planning troubles all that more easy!
Adam was beyond attentive and personable since before the wedding day. We emailed, called, and texted to review the itnerary, and he brought to light many questions and thoughts we never even thought to consider before our wedding! If we didn't have an answer, he had a plethora of suggestions. He made sure to understand our vision before we truly knew it ourselves, and he created a lively atmosphere without hi-jacking the event.
He was ready to help out more than just as our Master of Ceremony, checking to see if I was fed and hydrated, introducing himself to our photopgrapher, officiant and venue staff to make sure he knew when and what everyone else was doing and that they all knew what was going down before he ushered in a new part of the evening. Oh! And not to forget, when the groomsmen and groom were MIA for a hot minute beofre the ceremony, leaving my maid of honor and myself slightly panicked, adam went to the rescue to see where the heck they were!! It rained just before our ceremony and he worked to help find the venue staff to get the chairs wipped down, and he was so sweet and accomodating to my grandfather(who was my officiant) when he seemed faint just before the ceremony. Adam is professional, kind, and personable, and is more than I could have ever expected to have as a DJ and MC!! I wish him the best with his future business and any couple who is even thinking of hiring him would NOT regret it. You rock Adam! -

Let's face it, wedding planning is crazy stressful.. I was losing my mind folks. Until the day we made contact and met with Adam. We quickly decided to hire him, and it was the easiest- and best- decision we had made in our entire planning process. As soon as we did, I (and in turn my now husband) had an immense sense of relief. We were so comfortable with him, we decided to have him be our officiate as well, which he fulfilled along with his DJ role seamlessly.
Adam was dedicated to our wedding; Very attentive and quick to respond to all of my questions and concerns- even those that weren't quite a part of his role. Adam worked around our schedules for meetings, and provided many insightful suggestions and ideas that helped us to shape both our music choices, as well as the ceremony that made us happiest. On the day of, even with having had a smaller wedding, Adam kept the room lively and joyous. Everyone loved him. Along with that, he was key to our ceremony. Adam was able to easily coach and calm our parents, our four children, as well as the bride and groom. With his comfort and support, I was even able to have the confidence to recite my written vows without reading them. Something I will always cherish, and I truly do not think I could have managed that without him. He made it so we were able to enjoy our wedding, knowing we were in good hands.
I would highly recommend Adam to anyone looking to hire someone who will go above and beyond. His level of professionalism coupled with his personable character is the perfect combination to make anyone comfortable and confident in his work. -

Book DJ Adam right now! He was absolutely incredible. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how much fun they had and it had so much to do with our DJ. Besides being a great DJ, he had a great personality as an emcee and was able to execute all of the games and activities we had planned as well as some of his own! Adam Fowler made our wedding FANTASTIC not only did he do an amazing job with the entertainment for our wedding but Adam stayed up with me the night before our wedding helping me pick out the perfect playlist! He went ABOVE AND BEYOND what we had expected a DJ to be like. We would STRONGLY recommend anyone to use their services. Advent Entertainment provided music for our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception and every single piece went off without a hitch. If there were any issues they were never brought to our attention and were handled on the spot which as the bride was very important to me. I can't thank them enough or recommend them enough to anyone looking for a DJ. -

Advent Entertainment, Adam & Logan, were wonderful. They made our wedding so much fun and our friends and family gave us numerous compliments on them and how entertaining they were throughout the night. We worked mostly with Adam and got lucky to have Logan at our event as well. Adam worked so hard behind the scenes to keep us organized and plan as we went along. His online portal where we could add music and schedules was especially helpful. We hired Adam as our DJ but he was ready and willing to jump in anywhere we needed help to make our day exactly what we imagined. When our officiant couldn’t make it, Adam immediately offered to not only be our DJ but also our officiant if we needed. Adam is incredibly kind and easy to work with. I would recommend Advent Entertainment to anyone looking for a DJ for any event who will keep the party moving and interact positively with the crowd without being over the top or pushy.
