I can't tell you the amount of issues that I had with this venue. I signed the contract in December of 2014 and got married in March of 2016. Within those months, I went through 6 wedding coordinators. A few got fired and a few quit during that time. Each time I was transferred to a new wedding coordinator, I was not notified. I had to find out myself. I also had to re-explain every single detail that I wanted for my wedding because the communication was so incredibly bad. I had to go up to the venue multiple times in order to get things the exact way that I wanted, and that still didn't work out the way that I thought it was going to. Not to mention the surprise charges that they threw on my contract each time they wrote up a new contract. I had to watch my contract like a hawk! The staff was friendly but the communication was TERRIBLE! There were so many policy changes and different things that were wrong just within one year. Good thing I kept all of my emails, because I had to be the one that communicated between staff and screen shot what one staff member told me to the other new staff member that was taking care of my contract. I was very close to leaving my deposit with them and finding a new wedding venue I was so over the terrible service that was going on. Please don't have your wedding here, you will be more stressed out than you have ever been in your life.
