We worked with Lacy for well over a year, and she is all the things that make an excellent planner; organized, super personable, detail oriented...but she also brings something to the table that's a bit harder to find, a deep empathy.

A lot of crazy stuff happened over the course of our partnership, including a death in the family, and Lacy could just *sense* when something was stressing me out, even when I was holding everything together really well. In an industry that hits so close to the heart, that kind of skill is an invaluable asset, and Lacy excels at seeing you, and making sure you know you're being seen.

The planning process was seamless, and the day went off perfectly, (which is the real test). You know you've chosen the right person for the job when you can just experience your wedding without ever thinking about the mechanisms happening behind the scenes, and Lacy absolutely killed it. From the moment we had our initial phone conversation, we just knew that Lacy was the right fit for our wedding. We hired her as our Day of Coordinator, and from start to finish she absolutely rocked at making sure everything ran smoothly. We had a small wedding, with only 19 guests but you would be shocked to know how much goes into planning a wedding like this, even with it having such a small guest list. Lacy went over every single detail with me- and I am so glad she did because there were SO many things I did not even think of and if she had not made me aware of them, I have no doubt that our day would not have run as smoothly. Whenever I was feeling stressed, she would pick up on it immediately and give me the best advice and words of comfort. She is just so naturally sweet and kind, and it is absolutely genuine, I never once felt like she was putting on a show like how I have felt with vendors in the past. Our wedding day ran smoothly all thanks to Lacy; from setting up our decorations to interacting with and guiding guests so the day flowed seamlessly, I was never worried because I knew she was confident about her role and what needed to be done. At the beginning of our wedding planning process my husband and I both thought- why would we need a coordinator or wedding planner- we only have 19 guests. But if it was not for Lacy, I would not have been able to be as present the day of and feel well taken care of and stress free. All of my guests were raving about Lacy and how kind she was, how she ran everything so efficiently, and most of all how her passion for her job was just so palpable all day long. I will always look back on my big day with so many fond memories, and always be so thankful to Lacy for making our wedding day so truly amazing. If you are on the fence about hiring a coordinator for your small wedding (or large!), do not even hesitate, because Lacy is your girl, and you will be so happy you invested in her!!

She gives all of her heart and soul to her clients. She has an amazing eye for detail and design, and is always full of love and positivity.

We were absolutely thrilled to hire Lacy the moment we met her! She was so easy to talk to, immediately warm and engaging, and knew all the right questions to get to know us as a couple and understand our wedding vision. She was always enthusiastic and supportive. She kept me level-headed about making decisions, and was a great sounding board. When I was thinking about not doing a particular decoration, because I thought I didn't have enough time or resources, she reminded me that it was the ONE thing I had really set my heart on, and sent me crucial resources and encouragement to make sure we could execute our vision. During our rehearsal, she stayed focused and present, even while herding cats (aka our wedding party and family!). And when working with kids, like our ring bearer and flower girl, she gets down to their level and speaks to them with respect and compassion, something we truly admired. The day of, nothing phased her, and she kept my husband and me well-fed and hydrated (and never let my glass of prosecco empty!). Everything went so smoothly because of Lacy, and I would hire her again in a heartbeat. In closing, our photographer, who has been doing this for several decades, told me that she was one of THE BEST wedding coordinators he's ever worked with!

Lacy was the most supportive wedding coordinator I could've hoped for. I always looked forward to our planning conversations (over the phone) and felt like our wedding was in good hands. She was so easy to talk to, and gave me the right amount of direction when I needed it. I loved seeing her on my wedding day, and felt relieved that she had it all covered. She is the best!

Lacy was absolutely a DREAM to work with! She is very experienced, super professional, and the perfect balance of sweet, supportive, and IN CHARGE. She has great vendor recommendations too. My friends and family during the wedding couldn't stop asking where I found her. She helped wrangle all of them in the firmest yet friendliest way and kept track of all the details of the set up, day of, and tear down. She TRULY went above and beyond for our special day and we couldn't have put on a big production 250 person wedding on our property without her. I highly recommend her!!

Lacy was amazing every step of the way! She guided us with every question we had along with every thing we didn't think of! She takes care of everything wether you are a procrastinator or a particular planner. Any question we didn't know to ask, she provided. The schedule we planned together was executed in a very professional and personal way. By the end of all the planning, we felt we had another friend attending our wedding. We hired Lacy for day-of coordination, and we are SO glad that we did! Leading up to the wedding Lacy would check in to see if we had any questions, and just knowing that she was keeping track of things put our minds at ease!
