River went above and beyond, and excelled any and all of our expectations. She is so detail oriented, and weddings have so many details to forget, she let nothing slip through the cracks. Not to mention her personality is so warm and fun to be around, my wedding party and guests loved her!

I am so thankful that I hired River to be the wedding coordinator for my daughters wedding. I initially hired her to be our Day of wedding coordinator, thinking I could handle all the wedding planning myself, as the planning started and it was becoming a full time job, I realized I needed more help, and River was the perfect person for that job. We had several meetings and lots of phone calls and text messages. She was always professional and helpful, with excellent ideas on how to make our wedding go smoothly. River managed all the details with the vendors we hired and always made sure they were kept informed of all the details and kept them current with the changes that happened as the wedding got closer. I was super impressed with River's calm demeanor at the rehearsal, she had to manage all of the wedding party, parents, grandparents, flower girls and bride and groom. River brought all the music and had it organized down to the last second, making it so much easier to get everyone to their places perfectly without confusion. On the day of the wedding, I was able to be in the brides room with my daughter and know all the details were being handled by River, and I was so impressed with her ability to multi task. River managed the flow and timeline of the wedding, I was able to relax and enjoy the wedding, while River was handling details that made our wedding such a great time. River made sure to communicate with my daughter and make sure the brides ideas and wishes were known, and helped keep her stress level down, which kept everyone's stress level down.
