Linnie was our coordinator in June 2024 at the San Diego Zoo Safari Park - Kijamii Overlook. We selected the "day-of coordination" package, but Linnie's service was so much more than just the one day, as others have mentioned. In addition to coordinating on the day of the wedding, the service came with an initial planning meeting, monthly e-mail check-ins & advice on questions, a month-of meeting, regular e-mail exchanges the month-of, a rehearsal run through, and decor set-up & breakdown support. Working with her comes with a very thorough checklist and a website of resources. She also makes your detailed timeline, day-of task list, and checks in with all vendors the week of your wedding, and more. She has even more comprehensive packages where she does even more if you need it.

On top of all that, her pricing was competitive compared to others in the area, especially for what you get. If you do select her, tip her well if you can since her work is worth every penny. We hired Linnie for our destination wedding in Florida. I have such a busy work schedule and am very Type A, I thought the planning process would be challenging and stressful. Linnie is the BEST wedding coordinator out there! She is so sweet, funny, extremely organized, and professional. We hired her for our day of coordinator for our March 2023 wedding and she made our dream wedding come true! She did so much more than just help the day of. We had a two year engagement and booked Linnie a year out and throughout it, she would send emails to check in, provide suggestions on vendors, and overall was extremely helpful. My husband and I live in Washington and have planned most of our wedding long distance. As the months were getting closer to the big day, it started to become overwhelming to plan the logistics and the little details from a far. So, we started looking for planners that would fit our needs. I started researching for planners and remembered my cousin, Aileen who had a coordinator for her June 2022 wedding. A few days have passed after my initial thought, and I saw my cousin Aileen tagged one of her wedding photos with A Hundred Hearts tagged in it. I thought that was so wild that it came up to my feed when I just thought about it days prior. So, I started looking on A Hundreds Hearts services.

With many hours of research and inquires, Linnie’s services were exactly what we were looking for. Linnie was very professional and detailed oriented right from the start which provided us reassurance that our last bit of the planning will be in good hands. As I was planning, I had a lot of visual mockups and ideas, and Linnie knew and understood my perspective. I appreciated her professional feedback as she has many years behind her in this field. Her online wedding planner saved us from so many Google Docs and spreadsheets! All the logistics, budget, guest list, timeline, to the floor plan of the venue was all in one platform. That service made it easier for us to communicate with her and her input of the day of.

The day of the wedding, I knew that Linnie was going to do a good job that I didn’t have to think or worry about the reception, at all. From our initial meeting in November to the day of the wedding, I had full trust that we were going to be taken care of. The communication of Linnie was beyond my expectation, and I can tell she really takes pride in ensuring that everything on the day of the wedding will be perfect. And it was! Our wedding flow, design and the work with the numerous vendors was spot on and seamlessly incredible.

Sorry for the long overdue review 😆 LINNIE IS AWESOME!! We got married June 2022. We already knew of Linnie because 2 of our other couple-friends had her as their day-of coordinator for their weddings! And she loves NSYNC so how could we not? 😛 I’m a person who doesn’t mind planning and doing DIY things so it was great to know that Linnie was able and available for her day-of coordination services to help run the big day. From the start, it was easy to talk and discuss details with Linnie. She shared tips and advice and offered suggestions on things we didn’t even think to consider. From her experience, she was able to share some scenarios and recommended things based on our wants and needs. Scheduling meetings was easy and it wasn’t hard to contact her if we had any questions. She set us up with an online wedding planning system that kept everything organized from the guests names, seating chart, to vendors, contacts, and a major checklist for everything and any kind of wedding! It even had a budget tracker that you can help setup payment deadlines for. When it came to the day before the wedding and before the church rehearsal, she even helped set up some of our DIY decor since our reception venue was open for us to bring in some things early. The wedding day ran super smoothly! No issues at all. The day-of timeline was crystal clear and everyone we shared it with all knew the expected order of events and we pretty much stuck to the suggested times. Importantly, she made sure we had a small break to eat a bit of the hors d’oeuvres, have something to drink and use the bathroom before the reception grand entrance. And during dinner she made sure we got to eat most of our food because we all know how busy the celebration can be and not being able to eat all day! Very much appreciated!
