She has been in the business for a long time and her experience and knowlege is worth any drive! Thanks to Heather I had the perfect dress and the perfect jewelry. Heather is all about making your day special and perfect. The advice that she gave me was the best advice I could have gotten. She told me what would look good on my body along with all my bridesmaids. She will tell you the honest truth and not just try to sell you anything. I am sure that A brides time has made hundreds of thousands of brides happy that they picked A brides Time for all their bridal needs. Thanks you for making my day perfect in so many ways. This was a great shop! I found my dream dress for half the price. This shop was great to work with. The selection was somewhat limited - but if they have your dress, it is an amazing experience!

We were ignored when we first walked in because of a huge bridal party just finishing fittings. However, a big apology finished followed by an hour or so of complete helpfulness and discounts on my dress. Never expected to find my dress there, but I did and at half the price!

Very disappointed in the women that waited on us. 9/12/22 Very pushy, very condescending and she kept walking into the dressing room while my granddaughter's were in the room. They were very uncomfortable with this and I finally stood in front of the dressing room door. She acted as if we might be trying to take a dress. My older granddaughter's dress was an $800.00 gown, at a different shop. I certainly don't need to take an item from your store. This time l had 2 granddaughters on court, so you missed out on what could have been a larger sale. Her comments consisted of things like, "Well then, why did you pick that dress?" "See through is the thing this year!" "Why did you pick it if you don't like that kind?" I finally stated to the women, because they are kids and they wanted to see if they liked it. Very, very disappointed and we won't be back!

I was extremely disappointed with this business! I thought I'd do the right thing and go local for our wedding. When i first called for catering, the phone operator was very rude and took down my number guaranteeing a call back within the week. Two weeks passed with no call-back, prompting another call by me. I inquired about a sampling and was met with another rude comment stating, "We don't have to do samples because we get booked anyway."

My fiancee also went there to try on bridal gowns and was extremely disappointed at the fact that she was pressured to buy a gown by the salesperson who claimed that this gown would only be 25% off TODAY ONLY! She was very clear that my fiancee would have no time to think about it as they were closing soon! I would never recommend this vendor to anyone. It's very unfortunate because shopping local is very important =(

If I could have given zero, I would have. I thought that I would try to shop local and not go to a box store. My experience was completely awful! I went in there to look for a dress and I was ignored for a long time. Once I was notice i got no help. While I was there I realized that I could order tuxes there for the groomsmen but with the service I received I went with a different place. I was completely shocked considering how I heard how wonderful Heather is! Then come to find out it was Heather who was the person that was (not) helping me. I will never set foot there again! With that helpfulness I can't believe that place is still in business!
