I didn't use your template, Singing Diva, but it is very cute. I made one on Microsoft Publisher, using one of their templates. It's good for those of us not quite as creatively inclined as you, LOL!

Oh Reenski you are making me blush :-) I am honestly not that creative, but thank you! Can you share what you did?

@Singing Diva, I looked at various templates and just could not figure many out, so to trusty Microsoft I went! I attempted to do a screen shot of mine, I'm glad Publisher already set up boxes for me and everything!

I love it Reenski!! I used MS Publisher too and yes thank goodness for the preset boxes lol!

How did your bridal party react to the letter?

I think it's cute and you did a really nice job. Just my 2 cents-- my brother's fiance did something similar with emails to the bridesmaids on a regular basis with reminders and I did not care for it. It was somewhat overbearing to have her reminding us of things constantly and most of us couldn't care less about every detail of her planning.

Really? I feel much better now, Singing Diva. Some of the girls on WeddingBee are so talented, it's a little scary to take on.

My bridal party likes it well enough. One of my girls is out of state, and my MOH will be moving to SC before the wedding, so in my first one, I kind of introduced them to each other, with a picture and little blurb about each. It's also a good way to ask them their opinions on things before any decision is made. I asked their thoughts on the shoes, and changed the shoes from their feedback.

@Trista, I can see how that can happen, which is why I only send mine out every two months. I don't have much too much to say yet, so it's mainly, here's the info about the hotel so you have time to plan/save, here's the info about the dress -- any thoughts on color? That sort of thing. Definitely trying to not be overbearing or overload on details, though.

Eeeeek Trista. I would probably feel the same if that happened to me on a regular bases. I only sent two letters to my girls. The first one was sent in September 2011 and the Second one Jan 2012 so its not overbearing for them. I am sending one more which will be a one pager in the first week of April since it would officially be 30 days til my wedding.

Since I am in Vegas and my bridesmaids are in Austin, DC and Baltimore I thought it was a nice way for them to get a nice personalized update. My girls loved the letter and took it with them when they went shopping for their dresses etc. I even had a few family members ask why they didnt get a letter haha!
