The photographer for my wedding was my big splurge and Wendy Woods was well worth it! A picture lasts forever and her photojournalism captures my wedding from the time I was getting ready until the dance. I am able to relive the day everytime I look at these pictures they are so on point. She didn't miss a beat. She was a great help with any questions I had and responded to email within a day. I recommend Wendy to anyone I know planning a wedding, she was the best I have seen so far and really helps you out before, during, and after your wedding.

We were all very pleased with Wendy from the beginning. The engagement pictures were fantastic and many were really fun to see because of how she used the setting to add to the picture. The wedding day she was polite and friendly but really stayed in the background and did her job, just as I would think anyone would wish. The pictures she caught were so good, I love looking at the same picture repeatedly, each time I see something that makes me smile. She caught not only the subject's emotions, but the background was interesting and gorgeous and the details on the wedding dress or other objects were amazing. She took all the pictures we had asked and added so many we never even thought of requesting. Not only was she and Nick wonderful, the quality of their finished pictures are the best. As Mother of the Bride, I wasn't involved with selecting the photographer but my children did a great job selecting her for their special day and repeatedly felt they were glad they chose her. I would recommend her to everyone.

Wendy's work at our daughter's wedding was terriffic. She was professional, competent, friendly, calm, and knowlegeable. She also allowed our daughter to go about her day without calling attention to her presence or even allowing the bride to feel she was "there." The quality of the photos were all of what we had hoped for and most of all, she definitely captured all the emotions of the day. I highly recommend her and her work.

Wendy did a great job of capturing us in our true element. Working with her was easy and natural, and she was very accommodating to special requests. The wedding lasted only a day, but thanks to Wendy, the memories will last forever. Our album is a masterpiece, and it will be a joy to someday share with our children and grandchildren.

I am the Mother of the Bride and my only daughter lives out of state and decided on a wedding in her home state of Minnesota. I was in charge of finding the perfect photographer and after an extensive search discovered Wendy! The photograghy service provided by Wendy for our daughter's wedding was outstanding! She was extremely professional. We were especially pleased with her photojournalism skills and creativity in putting together the wedding album. Wendy is a perfectionist and it certainly shows in her work. Wendy told us she would document the story of our wedding day, and that is exactly what she did. Looking through the gorgeous album she created is like reliving the day - little hugs and glances and smiles we had no idea she and Nick were capturing. Wendy and Nick are total pros and will think of/prepare for things you may not even have considered. This was an investment for us, but we are extremely happy with what we got.

We are so happy that we went with Wendy for our wedding! Not only was she professional and easy to work with, she was truly able to capture the feeling of the day. We look at our photos and are taken back to that amazing day. We have so many beautiful portraits but we also have so many photos that capture the little moments that make the day so special.
