I wish I had never hired Rhonda and Ed. We met with Rhonda and hired her as our coordinator and was going to have Ed do our ceremony. Everything seemed to be good with them until the day of my wedding. They showed up an hour late for starters. I had specifically blocked off the sidewalks in front of my house and ceremony so no cars would park there to ruin pictures. Rhonda and Ed moved the chairs to park their red car right in front of my house. They were told by my parents not to park there and they needed to move but Ed told them "I'm the officiant" as if they were above the rules. The first picture I saw of myself had their ugly red car behind me and I was furious. Rhonda is the rudest person I have ever met. She walked in with a huge attitude saying "Wheres my money? I'm not doing anything until I get paid!" She told my hairstylist and dear friend that he should not be doing any work until he got paid "from these type of people." She threatened our best man if he signed outside the line on the marriage certificate. She sent people in the wrong order down the aisle and rushed us for everything because they were late. To make it worse, I had a guest tell me today that Rhonda was horribly rude. She came into their room and said "They are doing the blessing now if anyone in here cares." I made the mistake of not meeting her husband Ed before the day. He went straight to the bar upon arrival to get a drink. He has a very slurred voice and you could barely understand him. I had guests comment on this as well, it wasn't just us. I was completely disappointed in the level of professionalism and service we received. I would never use or recommend these people. It was horrible. Run away now and find someone else before they ruin your wedding.

Apparently some brides are not happy people, which surprises us. Our contract with this bride and groom was to arrive between 45 minutes and 1 hour prior to the wedding, which we did. On arrival, we parked our car, met with the bride, asked for the marriage license and the balance of our fee. Which as everyone knows, all payments are due prior to ceremony (which was conveyed at our first meeting.) When we instruct everyone to sign the marriage license you remind them to stay within the lines (as instructions by RRCC). Ed was offered a glass of wine by the brides father, so not sure how that was him going directly to the bar??? As far as being rude, well I am sorry they thought I was rude, I was asked to take control of the day, as they hired me for an additional 4 hours to coordinate (this is at the reception, which I did) I worked really hard to make things right for both the bride, groom her mom, her mom's partner and her dad. They asked me to make sure her dads girlfriend did not ruin anything for them. As for them not meeting Ed before, we offered for them to meet him. Ed has a slight lisp, and I have to tell you, he does a lot of wedding, and not one couple has ever complained. I was also asked to clean and straighten the bathrooms.....well cleaning bathrooms, is not in my contract! Again, I am so sorry this couple felt they needed to trash us on Weddingwire. But she is a CPA, and you would think she has an understanding of how posting negative information has a negative impact on business. In conclusion, I hope any future bride who reads this takes it with a grain of salt, and reads all the other raving responces from our other brides and grooms. We are happy to give any future couples recommendations from other couples!
