This was by far the most fun appointment I had all day. The appointment was at 4 pm but we were late because I really liked a dress at the appointment before this one.

When we first arrived Josh was wonderful. He wasn't upset that I was late, but just bummed we wouldn't have more time (they were booked at 5 too). After looking at my photos, he admitted right off the bat that they didn't have anything as modest as what I was looking for. I wasn't too upset because I thought I already had "my dress" from the other salon - but he said he'd help me to see what they had to offer.

Josh pulled a dress off the rack and asked if it was modest enough and at this point I just wanted to have fun so I went for his selection, before looking for other things with my mom and bridesmaids (2). Josh was really professional about making sure I had appropriate undergarments and was okay with him changing me. I really got the feeling from him that he just really enjoyed getting to know people beyond just their wedding dress selection so the process was a lot of fun. :-)

After trying on the dresses that my friends and I picked out, he put his selection on me. He'd understood my style better than I did apparently cause it was spot on. It was more "young and modern" than I thought I'd like but it was everything I liked about dresses throughout the day that I didn't know when I started. The dress chooses the bride.

NOTE: The cool thing about this salon is that there are no mirrors in the changing rooms. The rooms are only big enough for you and the consultant to get into the dress. The other two salons were different - in one my bridal party was with me while I was changing (not so cool for those that are modest) and the other had mirrors so I saw it first (not as much fun). At The Perfect Dress when you come out to see your group, you all see the mirrors together. I really liked that. :-)

OVERALL: Josh's enthusiasm and professionalism really made the appointment fun and the flow of the changing room to the reveal is really well done. This is a great place for an outgoing bride that wants to have a fun experience. I imagine it might be hard for a more introverted bride who doesn't really like talking, but for me The Perfect Dress really was... you guessed it... perfect.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Josh at the The Perfect Dress. He truly was a pleasure to work with and so easy to talk to. He asks lots of questions in the beginning to get a sense of my style to make sure he truly did find the perfect dress for me. While I was there I got a sense that he was just as excited as I was about finding the perfect dress for the day I've been dreaming of my whole life.

Wow! What a fun experience! This was my first and last stop in looking for my "perfect dress". The staff was wonderful! I worked with Chris, who was super sweet, and very knowledgable in bridal gowns. He knew exactly what I was looking for. Chris made me feel so comfortable and I had such an amazing time trying on dresses with him. He gave me undivided attention and he really listened to me in what I was looking for. Once I slipped on THE dress, I just knew it was THE dress I had been searching for. They carry a great variety of styles, and the prices were extremely affordable. They have gorgeous and fun jewelry to choose from, and also shoes, veils, headpeices, etc. It was a one stop shopping trip for me but most importantly, I had so much fun. I ordered my dress and 7 days later it was there! I came with my Mom to pick up the dress and another employee named Josh worked with my Mom to find HER perfect dress. He asked what she had in mind and two seconds later pulled a gorgeous dress from the rack. The dress fit her perfectly and it was just the style she was looking for. Most importantly, Josh made my Mom feel totally comfortable and made it an enjoyable experience for her. I highly recommend The Perfect Dress for any bride looking for an affordable dress and a great experience finding one. Thanks again to The Perfect Dress.

I don't think I can give many locations a 5/5 but that doesn't mean I have anything to complain about. I just wasn't blown away (nothing was done that wasn't expected). I was blown away by my dress, but not by the experience there. The dress was amazing, I got it in a decent amount of time, the staff wasn't rude, and in the end I was happy.

Tara, the bridal manager at The Perfect Dress, was so friendly and knowledgeable. She made the experience of shopping for a wedding dress pleasurable and fun! Their selection of gowns were perfect for my budget and Tara had no qualms about me trying on over 20 dresses. The Perfect Dress was only the 2nd bridal salon I went to and their service was impeccable. I would highly recommend visiting Tara at the Perfect Dress if you are looking for fantastic service, beautiful and appropriately priced gowns, and a fun atmosphere to make nervous brides like me, enjoy the experience.

I used the Perfect Dress originally to get my wedding dress, but the girl that helped me, Jamie, was so helpful that I decided to get my bridesmaids dresses and tuxes there as well. When I ordered my dress they told me that it would take 5 months to come in but it came in after only 3! However, I did have more difficulty with my mother in law's dress which took longer than we were told. Overall though I had a good experience and had numerous compliments on how beautiful my gown was.

I purchased my dress & bridesmaids dresses at The Perfect Dress after visiting several other Bridal shops, Jamie was my bridal consultant and was fantastic from start of finding gowns, purchasing, gowns, accessorizing, ordering bridesmaids gowns, and delivery to finish. The prices are competitive without markups I saw at other shops, the attention was 1:1 and Jamie really made me feel like the most beautiful bride, it was a huge factor on why I purchased my dress at this shop, I could have bought my Sophia tolli gown at other shops, but the service didn't compare to the Perfect Dress, I couldn't be happier :)

I LOVED MY DRESS! I shopped around for awhile looking for the dress that made me feel like a bride. The minute I put on my dress, I knew it was the one! The Perfect Dress made alterations and ordering so easy and carefree!

DO NOT recommend. Dress was delivered late - only 1 week before the wedding (3 weeks AFTER the promised date of delivery!)...and, the wrong size dress was delivered! (too small) They insisted that I had gained weight (nope - I'd lost!) & said the dress could be "let out". I took it to a seamstress (the one recommended by the store never returned my numerous phone calls) who informed me that the dress could not be "let out" as the manufacturer had cut the fabric. Fortunately, I was able to shed a couple of lbs. and fit into my dress!
Also, they never discussed accessories with me - tiara, veil, etc.
One of my flower girls' dresses arrived late (separate from the shipment!) & had to be altered with only 2 days to spare!
STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
