The guys got their suits from the Lawrenceville location during a summer sale and got an amazing deal! The staff was super helpful and made sure all of them got the right size in time at different locations and even in different states! They looked great and they said they were super light and comfortable. Great quality and the sales are fantastic!

Me and my fiance went to the JoS. A. Bank in DC off of M street and the staff was so helpful in getting everything together for our large party. When we had changes that needed to be made they were quick to make them and help us pick the perfect fit for our party. There website is also easy and helpful to keep track off everyone and see who still needed to go in or already picked up suits.

This was, hands down the WORST part of my wedding. While on the day they all ended up looking good in pictures, the week leading up to our wedding day was an odyssey of screw ups in the way of tuxedo fittings. Lets start with this: Friday wedding at 3:30 pm.... lets have the tuxes ready on Thursday?! SO i had to hem and haw with them to get the date moved to WEDNESDAY. 8 tuxes were ordered. They "lost" the FOG's order (or so we thought) so he had to go and get remeasured on Sunday before the wedding. He got remeasured in the Denville NJ store. Come to the day where all the guys can pick up the tuxes.... 4 of the 8 were SO wrong, it was rediculous. My brother had to wait until the morning of the wedding to get his pants back, and rather than letting them down 2 INCHES, they took them UP. So he had tuxedo capris rather than pants. He actually walked into a local shop and had to rent pants there instead. The FOG's tux (original) DID get ordered (in addition to his re-ordered tux) but with the FOB's name. FOB's tux fit, but came with the wrong colors. The BOG ordered and was measured in tampa, and his was wrong too. The "assistant manager" of the store also could not figure out the "system" enough to be able to enter 2 ringbearers and insisted he had to charge full price for one and refund the difference, even as one of the other employees stood there and told him he was wrong. Incidentally, he measured 6 of the 8 guys, and was so flustered dealing with how wrong his measurements were he walked off and started helping other customers.
Bottom line, go local for your tuxes because this national chain rents from someone else anyway and couldn't;t care less about measuring for accuracy nor do they understand anything about quality control.

Do NOT use Joseph A Banks for your wedding suit or tux rentals. We had a horrible experience with them in terms of agreed upon price and follow through. Their customer service was awful and provided unnecessary stress a day or two before the wedding.
