Words cannot express how much I am in love with my engagement and wedding photos. Thanks to Sandra Freyler, she literally captured every moment that I wanted for my wedding. Sandra is amazing - she definately has the "it" factor for being a photographer! You can completely tell she loves what she does!
It took me and my husband a long time to find the "perfect" photographer. I went to many, many, many bridal shows and was just not impressed with any of the photograpers. They were either way too expensive or lacking the personality of a photographer.
Through word of mouth I came across one of Sandra's business cards and instantly fell in love with it. I immediately went to her website and I knew she was our photographer that we wanted.
Not only is Sandra resonably priced she is an awesome person. She is so laid back, but yet so much fun to be around. She always made sure that my husband and I were taken care of and always doubled check with us if there was something else that we wanted a shot of. She definately went out of her to make sure that my husband and I were taken care of.
She was very tentative and listenend to what we wanted and made the whole experience of getting our engagement and our wedding pictures done.

Sandra was super awesome. She made our engagement session and our wedding a joy. She took so many pictures and we didn't even notice when she did. She captured all the special moments that any other photographer might have missed. She and her assistant even stepped up and took charge during the ceremony when our planner we had hired completely failed. I would use her again for any event I had or even just family photos later on in life. :) Sandra is fantastic!

There are people that take photos for you, and there are serious photographers. Sandra Freyler is the latter. My wife and I had two sets of photos done with Sandra, and they were anything but ordinary.

Our first session consisted of engagement photos which were done at Sawyer Point Park down on the Ohio river. We had the photos shot in February 2010. Our shoot was graced with snow, cold wind, and wet socks, but Sandra made it fun. We also asked to have some additional shots taken at Arnolds Pub downtown. These were a great change of pace. Sandra was able to capture our fun nature, and really portray more than we ever thought possible through still photography.

Our Second Shoot was our wedding at the Bell Event Center. We planned everything from Washington state (where my wife and I live, and serve in the military) but Sandra was really able to help with all the planning and execution of every element of our wedding like we had been there the whole time. We had about 130 guests at our wedding including friends, family, children, and folks that traveled from all over the country to attend. For this reason we didn't want to miss a single picture or memory that took place on our wedding night.

My wife had first crossed paths with Sandra's photography in about 2006, and loved the different eye that was used in the way Sandra took photos. In all honesty I had not heard of Sandra before my wife showed her work to me. I immediately loved her work, and noticed that she had something more to offer in her work. My wife Danielle showed me her website, her blogs, and a few pics that she had saved that Sandra had taken in the past. We discussed it for a week or so, and decided to contact Sandra. Most of our contact was via email for the weeks leading up to our engagement shoot, but we had immediate rapport with Sandra and felt very at ease with her taking the photos of us.

I would recommend her work (and have) to anyone looking for unique photography. There are no doubts that we will ask her to do work for us again, and hope that she will have some time available in her schedule for old clients and friends.

I wish there was an option for 6 stars! Sandra is amazing! She was so easy to work with from start to finish and her pictures truly took my breath away. I had the most wonderful wedding but now that it is over all I have left to cherish from that day are the pictures. I am overjoyed with the quality of her work. All 850 pictures are just great! I literally love every single one. She captured my day from beginning to end and didn't miss any of the special moments. Sandra Freyler is awesome! She was our photographer for our wedding and she did an amazing job. She is truly a great person first of all, she genuinely loves what she does, and she is incredibly talented. We absolutely love both our engagement photos and our wedding photos. The turn around to receive them was incredible as well.

I have already recommended Sandra to several family members and friends. My husband and I have already discussed how we would love to have Sandra do our family portraits as we ultimately expand our family in the future!!

Sandra was the best photographer I could have found. I fell in love with her style from the first moment I visited her website. She is artistic and captures beautiful moments. She worked with me in the months before the wedding to make sure she got all the pictures I wanted and included everyone I wanted. We discussed style beforehand and the type of pictures I wanted and she was so easy to work with and made excellent suggestions. The day of she made my husband and I both feel at ease and it was so much fun getting the pictures taken. She was easy to work with and afterwards had our pictures ready for viewing in a little over a week and they were beautiful! The moments she captured and her fixes on some were perfect. Planning our wedding from out of state was difficult in some respects, but not when it came to choosing our photographer. I was able to view Sandra's photos on her blog and via Facebook, and it was enough for me to know that I was interested. Then, when I talked to Sandra on the phone, I immediately knew that her style would work with ours. We were in constant communication in the months before the wedding as Sandra made sure that we let her know exactly what we wanted in our wedding shoot. The day came and I could not have been more impressed with Sandra. She was fun and never made us feel like we were posing. Instead, the photo shoot proved to be a wonderful time to spend the moments after the wedding together. Now that we've seen our photos, we could not be more pleased. My husband and I had the honor of having Sandra take pictures for our wedding! Sandra was extremely organized, creative, and fun to work with!!! She has a true talent for photography and puts thought into each picture that she takes. Sandra doesn't just take the "traditional wedding photos." She takes fun candids and captures every little detail of the wedding day from the moment the wedding party arrives. My husband and I had the pleasure of meeting with Sandra at our wedding on 04/24/2010. We are originally from Phoenix, Arizona, as I had wished to be back in my hometown, to have a beautiful green Spring wedding. Although I had been a little down because of the news for rain, my husband and I kept our chin up. To my astonishment the rain held off until after our outside reception pictures, Sandra was a bit of good luck!
Furthermore, I had made contact with Sandra over the phone, as I was not able to talk with her in person, which also made me a bit nervous. John and I expressed our love for more "candid and artsy photos" rather than the run of the mill "everyone posing together type of shot." Sandra had also discussed her love for the same photography and pointed us to her website, which has an immense amount of photography . . . which all was extremely beautiful! Furthermore, being a medical school student, I did not have much time to discuss fine details, but left it up to Sandra to get some good shots. I was happy to see that she was right on time, to get a menagerie of photographs with my bridal party in the "sewing room" prior to the ceremony. She was very courteous and positive, and she has an amazing attitude. Both my husband and I could, from the start, recognize her love for photography and pleasing her customers. I was married in the St. Francis Xavier church, which is extremely beautiful by itself, but if I may add, Sandra and her assistant got some beautiful architecture shots, along with shots of my husband and I.
I must add that I was slightly wary of hiring a photographer, that I was unable to meet to discuss details with after my sisters wedding photographer experience. My sister married on 3/6/2010, and needless to say her photographer was late and did not get what my sister had asked for. Plus my sister had noted how much she had paid, and I was astounded by the lack of service and attention that her photographer had given her!
However (huge however), Sandra had been completely different, she was VERY reasonably priced, and offered a CD and photographs with an album. Furthermore, although she had noted that she usually gets back to the customer with their photographs in around 4 weeks, she contacted us, with our pictures in around a week! There was absolutely no comparison to the pictures Sandra had taken to the pictures my sister had received.
My reception was at the Norlyn Manner, and I may say, Sandra was able to get numerous exceptional photographs of us with the flowers and greenery around the hall. Overall, I was extremely pleased with Sandra, and must say I would NOT hire anyone else but Sandra for any photography needs in the future. My husband and I was surprised by her encouragement and motivation. She was extremely directive when need be (when family is gathered around and no one is listening and the photographer needs to put their foot down! lol) and listened to exactly what we wanted.
Lastly, upon showing the pictures to my family members, they were amazed by the beauty in the shots. She truly captures timeless shots that are more than amazing!

When we began our search for a wedding photographer, a close friend of mine with whom Sandra had worked previously highly recommended that we check into Sandra Freyler's work. We had pored over several photographers' websites prior to checking into Sandra's site, and not much of the other photographers' work we looked at really stuck our for us. Upon reviewing some of Sandra's work on her site, we immediately fell in love with her style of photography. She lovingly captures the true essence of the event and documents it in such a memorable way. We decided before we even met her that we wanted her to be our wedding photographer.

My grandmother was not able to make it to our wedding, much to our dismay, but I look forward to showing her the photos that Sandra Freyler took. I just know that my grandmother will feel as though she had been there when she looks at the photos. Sandra was able to not only capture the typical posed "wedding shots," but also beautiful, candid photojournalistic shots of our wedding that were really breath-taking.


My husband and I are so blessed to have discovered such a wonderful, caring, talented artist like Sandra Freyler to have photographed our special day. To say that we look forward to receiving our album would be an understatement-- we are absolutely ecstatic with the shots she has taken of our wedding. The album will be something we will treasure for the rest of our lives.

Sandra was by far our favorite vendor. She was professional, sweet and efficient. On top of all that, she was very affordable. Sandra's work far surpasses the other photographers we had looked into and she asks for merely a fraction of the cost of some of the others. We really hope that when we decide to start a family that she will do another shoot with us. We loved working with her very much and eagerly await the chance to work with her again.

Sandra is not your run-of-the-mill photographer by any stretch of the imagination. She has an amazing eye for the artistic, and avoids clich?d poses and shots, though certain traditional poses were still taken with a "Sandra" twist. Her philosophy of "acting natural" for the picture yielded phenomenal results, and the pictures absolutely speak for themselves.

Realizing that each and every bride and groom have their own special memories they would like to relive over the years following their special day, Sandra was extremely thorough in the months leading up to the wedding in gathering details as to family members, places and events my wife and I wished to have photographed. More importantly, her sensitivity and responsiveness to my wife's and my requests the day of the wedding were absolutely wonderful. Having had friends from overseas and family that had traveled from afar to be with us for the wedding, I was particularly anxious to have these moments captured. Sandra did a phenomenal job.

The pictures are absolutely gorgeous, and range from an aged-antique look, to a modern image with sharp eye-catching detail.

To say that my wife and I are looking forward to our album from Sandra would be an understatement. If you seek a talented photographer of the highest caliber, we highly recommend Sandra Freyler!

We got married back in October and hired Sandra as our photographer. From the start, Sandra was accessable, knowledgeable, more than accommodating, and very easy to work with. She answered all of our questions and really took the time in our meetings prior to the big day to make sure we felt comfortable with her. When I ran across Sandra's portfolio on her website I immediately fell in love with her pictures, however I thought that it would be way out of our budget. I had talked with other photographers at bridalrama, and they were really expensive for what the packages included and very dismissive. Sandra on the other hand was extremely responsive, enthusiastic, and honored that we wanted her to be our wedding photographer. She was a perfect balance of professional and friendly and took the importance of the day very seriously. Sandra was a lot of fun, laid back, and great at her job! I cannot say enough good things about her and when we met with Sandra to get the wedding pictures, we were amazed; they were awesome and she put a lot of thought and effort into them!
