My husband and I are extremely satisfied with all of the work My Sorted Affair put into making our wedding memorable! From the gorgeous flowers and decor to helping us find the perfect vendors. We had limited time and a budget but Therese and Anna made sure our day would shine! They always had our best interest in mind especially when working with the vendors, making sure our voice was heard. Everyone who went to the wedding said it was beautiful. My Sorted Affair was definitely the BEST choice in making our plans for the wedding, Therese and Anna were very professional and courteous and seemed to know exactly what we wanted our wedding to look like. I couldn't say thank you enough to them!!

Therese and Anna were fantastic to work with. They scheduled and attended all of the meetings with my vendors, set up our entire reception decor, and kept in constant communication with me through the last few months of crunch time. I hired her a little late in the planning process because I finally realized I was overwhelmed doing it myself. About a month before I was getting married, I realized I still needed bouquets for myself and my maid of honor and bridesmaids. Without having a wedding planner and doing this alone with my mom, it slipped my mind as other big tasks were taking up most of my time.

I wanted something beautiful and elegant without looking over the top. Pink and white being the main colors of my wedding, I knew I wanted some assorted colors/flowers. On the day of my wedding I had a beautiful bouquet of assorted flowers and colors, wrapped with pretty pink satin ribbon, and white pearls down the hand grip of the bouquet.

The precise effort that goes into making these bouquets is priceless! I sat there looking at it, as if it was the most beautifully wrapped present that I had ever seen and didn't want to disrupt the packaging :)

In April, my son was going to his Senior Prom and needed a bouquet for his date, Valerie. The next morning, he kept going on and on about how ALL the girls at the prom loved her bouquet! I was so happy to hear that that bouquet brought her so much attention. She felt and looked like a princess that night.

If I ever need flowers for ANY occasion, I will always use My Sorted Affair. Best flowers, hands down!

I don't know what I would have done without Therese and My Sorted Affair to plan my 50th birthday party and on relatively short notice. Being new to town, I didn't have the contacts, connections or even a clue on how to go about planning such a lavish affair! In the end, my "Mid-Century Marvelous" party was fantastic!!! You don't have to have a wedding to get expert party advice! My Sorted Affair handled everything and I had a great time!!! You only live once!

I worked with Therese from My Sorted Affair for my mother's Celebration of Life Ceremony. It was a very emotional time for me and my family; however, with the assistance of My Sorted Affair the atmosphere remained vibrant and full of life. I was in awe (and also relieved!) when I walked into the event space and saw how the tablescapes and decor designed by Therese transformed what was an empty room into a grand affair. Her ability to translate my vision into reality was amazing! Again, since it was a Celebration of Life Ceremony I was an emotional basket case but working with My Sorted Affair brought a sense of calm to my soul. I felt a sense of caring and empathy coupled with professionalism, which is usually difficult to find when using event planners. Overall, I would contract the services of My Sorted Affair for any future event and also highly recommend them to any potential clients.

We hired Therese Dozier, dba My Sorted Affair, for our wedding. We had an awful experience with her and I would personally recommend using someone else or even doing it yourself.

If for some reason you do decide to contract with her, I would suggest that you read the contract VERY carefully, get a copy of anything you sign IMMEDIATELY, and would consult an attorney before signing if your contract has the clause we found in our contract stating that "Due to the custom, and artisan nature many of the design elements provided by My Sorted Affair and their vendors, TRADITIONAL MEASUREMENTS OF QUALITY ARE NEITHER GUARANTEED OR IMPLIED." (Emphasis added).
