Happy bride & groom
We are so thankful for Erin as she is so helpful and understanding of the vision set for our wedding! We did a modern/Cambodian-Hmong/Christian wedding style! To even begin, we are living in Hawaii and are very pleased to have Erin plan everything for us in California. She’s great at bookkeeping and making sure the vendors are doing their parts. She and her team are experienced with wedding coordinating and making sure my partner and I are well taken care of. For example, she will bring me water or simply ask, “How am I feeling” periodically throughout the wedding ceremony/reception. I am very appreciative of her service and highly recommended her. Best decision ever
My husband and I were on the fence about getting a wedding coordinator/planer. We are SO glad we decided to take the plunge and work with Erin’s Excellent Events! Best decision we made. Erin and her team made our day run smoothly and Erin was so supportive in the months leading up to our wedding. She had all the answers/recommendations to my million questions and always responded so promptly! She helped bring my wedding vision to life! If you are on the fence- take the plunge! You will not regret it!

Excellent choice!
Erin was our day of wedding coordinator in December 2021. Since our initial consultation she was very professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. She answered every phone call and text message immediately. Although we only booked Erin’s services for “day of” coordination, she was incredibly helpful throughout the process and answered any questions we had. The day of the wedding, everything ran very smooth. all of the vendors were received, and all the details were taken care of. She made sure we were running on time and kept us updated on timeline. We were able to enjoy our wedding and were lucky our family was able to as well. We are so happy with our investment and will book Erin for other events 😇

Made my wedding stress free!
Erin did a great job! This was my second wedding at it was nice not having to worry about a lot of the details. The best part was having her there the day of the wedding. She made sure everything was in place and stayed until the end of the night.

Erin is exactly that: Excellent!
Erin was amazing to work with! Not only did I have such a great time working with her, she was professional, courteous and readily available when I needed her. She always made it comfortable to call her when I had questions and needed to hone in on my vision for the wedding. She made sure to let me run the show and create the wedding how I wanted it and when it came to the day of the wedding, she was on top of everything and executed her tasks in the best way possible! I had no worries during the day of the wedding other than in the morning when she wasn't there because of our contracted time (12 hours). When she was there, I felt relieved and knew that if there was any drama, she would deal with it. If there were any hiccups, I had no idea about them! Erin is the best and knows what she is doing! I highly recommend her services as a Day of Coordinator and know you will not regret it!

Amazing!
Erin surpassed all our expectations as a wedding coordinator and I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs a coordinator on their wedding day! She was planning with me since day one and knew our vision and executed it perfectly! I can confidently say our wedding day would not have been as smooth and stress free without her and I'm so happy we found her. Erin consistently went above and beyond for us and we are so thankful to have worked with her, she really made our dream wedding a reality.

Our wedding
We are so glad that Erin was a part of our big day. We could not have done it without her. She was so helpful, flexible,and responsive. The whole day went seamlessly and I didn't worry about a thing. I was able to enjoy the whole day with my husband and our guests. Also the venue looked beautiful thanks to Erin.

The Best Day of our Lives!
From the beginning Erin was so genuine and thorough when it came to details of our day. If we had any questions or hesitations she was there to clear it up for us! She really did an amazing job throughout but day of was the best! She was there and ready to get the job done! She paid very close attention to every detail, & even when our napkins didn’t show up she made sure someone brought them! If you aren’t sure about booking an event coordinator I will tell you it is worth every penny! I really got to relax and enjoy my day while Erin was there!
