There are not enough words to describe how amazing Tying Knots Wedding Planning is. Payton and her team came in to plan our wedding shortly into our engagement, we set a date a year and a half out, and they quickly got to work. Payton was so thorough in sending venue and vendor recommendations and rolled with the audibles I called when I would add or hire a random vendor. Payton constantly sent inspiration videos and photos, color schemes, and helped me narrow down the vision I had to create the ultimate experience for guests but also us, as the bride and groom. No question was a bad question for her and whether it be by phone or email, Payton was always available. Payton truly became a friend throughout this process. She was so great in alleviating the rumored stress brides often have when planning a wedding, but with Payton that stress was so minimal and the normal pre-wedding jitters. As far as timeline, Tying Knots was well ahead of it- providing google doc spreadsheets and pages for budgeting, ceremony order, keeping track of vendor lists and contracts, to a detailed breakdown of the day of timeline. As a Virgo, this was highly appreciated. Payton’s attention to detail, connections within the central coast, recommendations when it came to vendors, and extensive knowledge of the wedding industry made the 18 months we had to plan the big day so easy. Payton also has a wonderful catalog of rentals that are available to all her brides that helped cut costs, added cute details to the day, and helped protect my peace of mind knowing good quality decor was already reserved for us. As for wedding weekend, the nice bubbly girl, who kept wedding planning light and fun, got straight down to business- getting the groomsmen in line, answering questions from all family members and the officiant, collecting the marriage license, ensuring it was filled out properly, allowing for the rehearsal to be quick, efficient, and leaving no stone unturned. Before the morning of the wedding, Payton and her team worked SO hard in setting up the tables and decor, making sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. This is when Addie comes in, Payton’s right hand- she was so on top of making sure the day of timeline ran smoothly, she kept us on track, was attentive to all our needs, and was so diligent in getting every menu, place card, napkin, the bar, welcome table, and ceremony detail set. By the end of the night, my family absolutely loved Addie, her charming personality and good energy is exactly what you want to have at your wedding. If there was an issue with a vendor or detail, I never heard of it on my wedding day, it was just handled and solutions were found. Everything exceeded my expectations. When it comes to Tying Knots we really felt like family and we love Payton and Addie SO much!

I can’t say enough about how truly amazing Payton is at her job! I’ve known her as a friend for many years so when I finally became engaged she was the 1st and only coordinator I wanted. I was very particular about the vision I wanted for our wedding and Payton knocked it out of the park. She truly brought my vision and my dream day come to life and I couldn’t be more grateful. And when the last minute rainy and cold weather decided to throw us for a loop Payton and her assistant Addie did such a great job making sure our day still ran smooth and that I never had a thing to worry about. She is such a professional, so caring, knowledgeable and fun to work with. All my guests even raved about how amazing she is! There is no way me and my Husband could have done it without her. And we can’t wait to hire her again when my husband’s kids get married one day.
