We photographed a wedding recently that Cindy coordinated and everything went so smoothly! Everything was on time and scheduled perfectly, such a nice change of pace from most weddings. We can't wait to work with her again!

If you are looking for efficiency, Cindy is the way to go. I had no worries after hiring her to plan my daughters wedding and bridal shower. Everything was perfect and that is hard to accomplish for most people. She had everything under control at all times. She is the best.

Cindy intuitively understands her clients' visions and values, and works diligently to find vendors that align accordingly. She also understands her clients' ways of dealing with wedding stress, which turns out to be surprisingly important. Cindy knew how to reign us in, remind us about our next action steps, calm our fears, and offer great advice all around. Eclectic events did an outstanding job coordinating our wedding. A couple of our favorite vendors (a fantastic face painter and DJ) did not even have Yelp or FB pages and so we would never have found them had Cindy not known about them from previous gigs. She also recruited excellent servers to work our event. She has high standards about who she chooses to work with, so you know if she recommends a vendor or staff they will provide reliable, high-quality service. If you want something unusual that she hasn't done before she will also do the research and look into it for you. Cindy was very organized and kept track of everything for us so that we didn't need to worry about a single thing on the day of the wedding. I hesitated to hire a planner at first, because I didn't want a particularly fancy or complicated wedding and our venue had a site coordinator (who turned out not to be very helpful), but I am so glad I did.
