I was recently told this vendor was a fraudulant. It is so sad that someone planning his/her own wedding who can't afford to have the best of the best shop at Etsy only to get cheated out of money. This vendor told me the same as the others, it takes months to do. Than out of no where, she had to shut down her site. She told me up to 90 days to get a refund, I dont believe I will ever see my money again. It wasnt a lot and I know I am out the shipping I am sure but it's the point...people like this make me sick. Karama is a bitc*! Ill be disputing the charges with my CC company.

I had the same problem with her. I placed my order on June 30th. My wedding is not until March but I told her it was in January because I read reviews that she takes longer than she claims although none of those reviews ever said that she didn't deliver. In September, she sent an email saying she closed her shop temporarily to catch up on orders and that if we placed orders over the summer, we would receive them in 3 weeks. Well it is now December and I still haven't received my candle and she has not responded to any of my emails asking for a status on my order. What I didn't understand was how she was able to take new orders on her independent website if she wasn't even able to complete the orders place through Etsy.Today I tried to look on the website to see if I can contact her through there but that website is also no longer available. I opened a case against her in Etsy and Etsy notified me that they closed her shop although her shop was already closed long before that. PayPal and my bank also couldn't do anything because it was out of their time frame for disputed charges. I know she is in the Philadelphia area. I also considered filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau but it is too much paperwork and hassle to deal with in addition to trying to plan a wedding. Oh I also noticed that she deactivated her LinkedIn and Facebook accounts. She must know that there are alot of angry people looking for her.

If you come across this seller DO NOT BUY FROM HER!!!! I came across her listing on Etsy. She was selling unity candles. She noted in her ad that the turnaround time was 2 months. My wedding was set for Dec. 10, so I ordered the item on June 25. Well, my wedding is tomorrow and still no candle. She took my money and ran. I contacted her several times and only got two responses back, one saying that she was shipping my candle within the next couple of weeks. A month went by and nothing. Then another response from her (after I filed a complaint through Etsy) and she snapped back that she was shipping my candle next week. That was in the beginning of November...still no candle. I have requested and even pleaded with this woman to refund my money and she refused promising me that she was not going to miss my date and lectured me that I needed to be patient. Now, I am getting married tomorrow and she never sent me my candle. I have been trying to get in contact with her for 3 weeks and she has ignored all of my emails. I do not have a contact number or address for her so I have no other way of trying to contact this woman. Brides beware. This is a pitiful excuse of a human being and do not give her your hard earned money. She does not deserve it or your business.

I wanted to say we just had a beautiful wedding and to thank Leigh-Ann Kline, BUT SADDLY I CAN NOT! My Bride looked GORGOUS all the way down to her feathered high heels, she ordered and paid for a matching feathered purse from Leigh-Ann Kline in February that never came even though our day did. At first my Bride was contacted and told they were made according to when the event was to be, which she understood and they kept in contact. Around August when my Bride was getting nervous because she had not heard anything about her purse she tried contacting again and again with no returned messages or E-mails. NO CONTACT AT ALL! Very upset my Bride came to me told me about this mid October, I called and e-mailed, even messaged her on Face Book no contact. As I said before our special day has come and gone we never got our item, our money back or even common courtesy call, this is not the kind of people I do business with or would recommend to anyone else.
