My husband purchased my wedding band from here. Their service is always wonderful and their products are beautiful. This is definitely a store we will continue to use for gifts in the future.

My husband and I purchased our wedding bands from Kay after a terrible customer service experience elsewhere - we hadn't even thought about Kay, but wandered over there after being so put-off at Zales. We are both skilled theatre technicians who work with our hands, so we wanted our rings to be aircraft-grade titanium - while a number of vendors sell titanium bands, we hadn't seen any elsewhere as lovely as the ones we got at Kay - and for only $89 each! Friendly, knowledgeable staff made this an easy choice.

Wonderful all around no problems. At the time my now husband lived near this store and I lived in RI when I would go down to NJ or he would come up here to RI we would go looking at different stores. Kay Jewelers was the one store that was willing to accomidate our situation. The rings were bought down in NJ and they shipped them up to my house in RI for no extra cost which was great.

My husband and I bought both of our rings at Kay's. We were (are) very pleased with our rings and the prices were very reasonable. I have heard of people having problems with Kay's, but have never had any problems myself. The sales people are always very friendly and helpful and they always have great sales.
