We bought the engagement ring and wedding bands at Kay. I love my engagement ring and alway receive compliments. (ladies you do not have to spend a lot of money) The wedding bands are very nice also.

We love working with Kay's! Everyone on their staff is knowledgable and their products are amazing! We bought both of our rings through them along with the warranty plans. It's nice to know that you can trust their opinion and they are truthful. They don't just try to sell you anything, they sell you what you are looking for.

Kay was a good place to but my ring. I liked their warranty. I wish I would have bought my ring around christmas time and used Kay dollars to purchase it (people sell the tickets on ebay) would have saved me thousands of dollars :( So if you want a ring around christmas time, go onto ebay to find the kay dollars and save 100 for every 300 you spend!

The service was great! They were extremely helpful and patient while we picked out what we wanted.

I went to the Kay Jewelers in Schaumburg and they were awesome. The sizing and rhodium dipping were done in a timely fashion and they were always pleasant to deal with.

They had the rings we liked but not the size. We were down to the wire. Rather than size them by the end of the week, the offered us to buy them and then bring them back any time to be sized, later found out that the ring we bought was custom and couldn't be sized, but now it has senitmental attachments (my husband's wedding band). So he wears it on occaision but it's too big.

I would not recommend this vendor. It was one mistake after another. First they ordered the wrong ring, then the wrong size, then changed their tune on how long it would take to engrave. All said I'm glad I started about 2 months before the wedding since I got it the week before in the end. And the whole time they were making mistakes they only wanted to sell me other stuff.

We loved Kay! The service was great, and they even remembered our names when we came back later. One thing I sincerely appreciated is their 90 days return policy. My husband picked out a band, and tried wearing it for a few days before the wedding. He realized that the band was a little bit too thick for comfort, and decided to take it back. With Kay it was no problem whatsoever to exchange it!

They had the perfect rings. I bought my wifes engagement ring there as well and they were able to use a diamond i already had and put it in to one of their rings!

Kay handled my jewelry wonderfully, they took virtually no time to size my ring.

Got a nice ring, and about two months after the wedding - a diamond fell out! Lucky for us, we purchased the extra protection. Instead of fixing my ring, they got me a new one to make sure the diamonds wouldn't fall out again since they were channel set. Wish it had been made right the first time, but they fixed the problem.
