I admit I have almost zero experience with jewelers, but I can't imagine the process being more comfortable than it was with Just Bands. See their many positive Yelp reviews for more info. The shop is in a strange wholesale-ish building but once you get in the shop it feels like a normal small jewelery store. It's family-run and nearly everyone who works there is related, and we mostly worked with Ashley, who was super friendly. They're Turkish and when we mentioned we were going there over the summer, Ashley gave us some great recommendations of food to try and even wrote some things down for us -- all before we even paid the deposit on our rings. She even said that if we had questions about Turkey we could ask her even if we didn't get our rings there. It turned out that their pricing was very competitive, and with the addition of the great service, we did buy our rings there and are very happy with them. There was never a hard sell and they listened closely to our preferences and price range. Very friendly staff and their products seem to be great value, so I highly recommend checking them out.

John at Just Bands was wonderful! We found Just Bands by walking through the Diamond Market in San Francisco, after having visited a couple of larger stores. The quality and value John provided us, especially compared to what the folks right down the hall were offering, was unmatchable. Not only did he provide us with the best rings possible, he listened to what we wanted, and didn't pressure us into any type of upsell.

When it came time to engrave the rings, John was also very patient with me. I wanted to engrave something a little different, but wasn't sure. He was flexible and gave me the time I needed to put the right message on the ring to my husband.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great deals on beautiful rings. Beware that they will try to sell you on the Platinum, even if you state that you prefer White Gold. I stuck to my preferred metal of choice, but my partner fell for the "more-expensive-is better" talk. Oh well. We are both very happy with the look and quality of our rings. :)
