Geoffrey's has been so wonderful to work with!! They are helpful with everything from cleaning, adjusting & customizig anything you may need or want. I took some of my late mothers jewelry that wasn't wearable and they were able to turn it into something I could wear everyday. They handle everything with such care and respect to make sure it is done correctly. My fiancé purchased my engagement ring and I was soooo impressed on the quality they put into making my ring to this day I still receive compliments daily!! Aaron was so helpful in answering all of our questions about the type of diamond in it's cut, clarity, color and carrat. When we picked out my fiancé's ring they didn't have the one we wanted so they were able to get the ring so my fiancé could try it on before we purchased it. They took the time to explain the material used and sized my fiancé multiple times to make sure the fit would be perfect. We will continue to come to Geoffrey's for all of our jewelry needs as they always exceed our expectations. It's more than a store they make you feel like you're part of the family.

I had the best experience purchasing my engagement ring and wedding band from Geoffrey's. Nikko and his team are the best!! I found Geoffrey's site in my search for the best prices for Jeff Cooper designs. There were other sites that offered low prices but when I googled them, their ratings and reviews (yelp and otherwise) were really low. It made me feel so much better to find out that Geoffrey's had a real location in San Carlos, CA and no complaints filed under BBB. Also I knew 100+ positive Yelp reviews can't be wrong.

Hands down he had the best online price and he proved it when I made my purchase. I was originally shopping for everything in white diamond but his prices were so great that I was able to buy everything in platinum. Also he found me the most amazing diamond (bigger and better in quality than all the others even Blue Nile) to fit my budget. Actually he went above and beyond to work with my specs and my money, to give me the best service and an out of this world deal! He beat the "no-middle-man" Mervis Diamonds by thousands and was able to offer a better selection which was great because I was having a hard time finding the perfect diamond even on sites like Blue Nile, James Allen, and other diamond search engines. Did I mention that I made my purchase remotely? Because I live in DC and the store is located in CA, Nikko patiently helped me by phone, emails, and texts.

I don't buy jewelry often especially big ticket ones but I know who I'm gonna call when I'm ready to do it again. :) Thank so much Nikko for making my extra special purchase so painless and amazing!

My husband chose my engagement ring from Geoffrey's. He is very discerning and Andy was so patient during his selection process. He raved about her on our engagement day. We were going to Australia for a vacation and the ring arrived just in time. He proposed to me in the middle of a garden in Sydney, Australia. The ring is just my taste! We've since learned that Andy has passed away and we are so sad. She really helped to make our engagement unforgettable. The rest of the staff at Geoffrey's are also wonderful. We love to stop in for a visit and browse while getting a complimentary ring-cleaning. Everyone is fun and friendly!

Their selection is not as big as some of the major retailers, but this mom and pop shop carries some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. We worked with Stephen when we were selecting our wedding bands, and he was wonderful! He was patient with us throughout the time, and they were super punctual and thorough in their work.

Their prices are pretty good too. :)

In my life, I have dealt with thousands of businesses, big and small. I can honestly tell you this: I have never in my LIFE had such a wonderful experience purchasing something. If I could give them 500,000 stars, I would--honestly. This business does not even compare to anywhere else I've been, jewelry store or otherwise. They are FANTASTIC.

I found Geoffrey's through Yelp. I needed a local jeweler to look at my engagement ring, which my fiancee and I purchased from a jeweler in Oregon. The ring had been majorly screwed up by the other jeweler, and I needed a second opinion about how to deal with the situation. I drove all the way to San Carlos from Oakland, just because of the great reviews they had, and it was totally worth it. Geoffrey and Andy spent 45 minutes inspecting my ring and educating me about what the other jeweler had done and how the ring should be properly repaired. They didn't stand to make a cent off of me at that point, but they were kind enough to spend nearly an hour with me, just to help. I really felt (feel) like they cared about me and the horrible experience I had, and I really felt like they wanted to make it better in any way they could.

We ended up getting a refund on that ring, and when it came time to buy another one, we went straight back to Geoffrey's. I was seriously scarred by the previous experience with the other jeweler (they messed up the ring FIVE TIMES), so I was feeling a little apprehensive. Geoffrey and Andy were so understanding, and did their absolute best to make this experience a great one. Over the course of four or five appointments, they helped me design a custom ring for a VERY reasonable price. In the grand scheme of things, we didn't spend that much money at Geoffrey's (I had an heirloom diamond and just needed a setting), but they spent hours with us. They made me feel special every time I walked into that store--everyone knew my name and everyone was smiling. They were excited about my ring, which in turn got me really excited.

The custom ring process was really fun and interesting: I brought in some designs I liked, which I had printed off the internet. Andy, Geoffrey and I discussed what I liked about each one and came up with a general idea of what I was looking for. Geoffrey then drew out a picture of what I wanted. When I approved it, he made a wax mold of the ring...and when I approved that, they made my ring.

When we went to pick up the ring, Geoffrey was so amazing and understanding. I wanted to change a small thing about the ring, and they did it right there in the store in less than an hour. In addition to the ring, they gave us a polishing cloth, cleaning solution, and a little complimentary pocket knife for my fiancee. I'm a sucker for details, and I really liked the box they gave me for my ring, too. :) Their quality is impeccable, and so is their service. I also genuinely TRUST them--and for a person that isn't particularly trusting (especially with her grandmother's 72-year old heirloom diamond!), that's saying a lot. I would never go anywhere else, and I mean that. I drive 40 minutes to get to the store every time I go in there, and it is ALWAYS worth it.

I am absolutely thrilled with my engagement ring. The experience with the first jeweler was really bad. REALLY bad. But it led me to Geoffrey's. And you know what? The four months of hell with the other jeweler was worth it, because Geoffrey, Andy and all the other wonderful women at the store made up for it in a BIG way.

After doing a lot of research, my now husband bought my engagement ring here. The ownership has changed but in many ways it has changed for the better. You get one on one service, knowledgeable staff, and rings that you can trust. I loved my engagement ring so much that we went back and purchased our wedding bands here. What we got was just what I dreamed of, but I will say, you do have to pay for it. Can you get jewelry somewhere else for less? Most likely, but, the trust, service, and attention made up for it. Would recommend Geoffrey's.
