Overall, I was very happy with the service and personalized help I received prior to the event. However, I arrived to the venue the day of my wedding and several issues arouse of which I wanted clarification about so I personally called the vendor and was not attended to despite my explanation to the person who answered the phone of the urgency and need for me to talk to Sarah since it was hours before my event.

I won't bother to write a review because apparently I didnt know the facts; however, I would have known all the facts and what was going on the day of my wedding if my phone call would have been answered rather than disregarded. Hence, my low responsiveness rating.

The issues were addressed by the vendor prior to the event (as indicated by the vendor in its response).

They were EXCELLENT!!! I love them. Thank you guys for the excellent work. Wendy was awesome...sending pictures of my linens when I wasn't sure...and everyone there was very helpful at all times. THANKS!!!!!

I LOOOVE SARAH PAZ!! Came very highly recommended by the Four Seasons and pretty much all my other vendors. Above and beyond all the way. Obviously loves what she does. Thank you so much, Sarah. The linens and the lighting MADE the wedding.

I was actually intimidated when I saw their operation because they seemed so organized and the showroom was so much nicer than everywhere else I went that I thought for sure they would be way over our budget. But Sarah was sooo nice and she totally helped us out. Then I found out their whole family was in the event business, each in different fields. I ended up doing my cake with Sarah's mom Ana Paz, whose like a celebrity cake designer and her husband Eddy owns Glow Lighting and did my monogram projection. Everyone was great. I was so impressed by this family. I Highly recommend them.
