Eventoutfitters was the rental vendor for linens, tables, chairs, silverware etc. that we used for our wedding and bridal shower. Lucy is truly amazing, patient and helpful! I definitely recommend their business, they are very professional and knowledgeable, They will also work around your budget. Lucy & the Event Outfitters team are a MUST have for all of your wedding and event needs. They had a huge selection of items for anything we could have needed, were exceptionally communicative (which is an extra bonus for out of town brides!), are incredibly affordable, and worked with us to get exactly what we needed (even when it meant that we got less than originally expected). Oh, I can't say enough about Event Outfitters and their products and prices, unless it's to mention how wonderful it was to work with Lucy! Oh, Lucy, the patience of Job, the wisdom of Solomon, and a sense of humor like you would feel if you caught Martha Stewart shopping at 8 p.m. one night at your local Winn-Dixie, wearing a bathrobe, cutting coupons, and asking for 'seniors' discount at the check-out register! The folks E.O. are great, the prices are very, very competitive and Jose (manager) was kind enough (Ty) to provide me with a discount because of the size of my order! Farm Tables and matching chairs, lots of cocktail tables, 6 bars, all the linens, etc., all for my daughter's wedding at Fairchild Tropical Botanical Garden 4/14/23. The suggestions Lucy made were top-notch; the changes in items and quantities I made over the months... so many! (Sorry Lucy!) Delivery was super easy and precise. Pick-up the same. Lucy at Event Outfitters helped us with the dizzying planning of all the glassware, silverware, and tableware. She was always patient, informative and always took the time for each of my visits to the showroom (more than 2 times!) to set up and showcase the dinner table to have a better visual of the selected items. We found that Event Outfitters had a strong selection of options, which made the process flow and selection much easier. The day of the wedding, the Event Outfitters truck pulled in early, unloaded with precision and coordinated with our catering team as if they were one unit. Hiring Event Outfitters was such a pleasant experience, not to mention their prices are UNBEATABLE!!! Lucy was amazing from the moment we met her, she is extremely kind and funny and visiting the showroom was such a fun experience. I am so glad we went with Event Outfitters. They were able to accommodate our large wedding of 135 guest during Art Basal weekend. Our tableware was exactly what we wanted and looked like a Pinterest photo. Lucy and her team at Event Outfitters were so easy to work with. We were first recommended Event Outfitters by our planner and were able to meet in person to get an idea of the table designs. She was so responsive throughout the entire planning process - updating the quantities as our guest count was finalized and adding in additional items as needed as it got closer to the date. We are so grateful for Event Outfitters and the important role they played in making our wedding vision come to life!
