  Jacklyn and Daniel Wedding - Dec. 17, 2022

  Lucy at Event Outfitters helped us with the dizzying planning of all the glassware, silverware, and tableware. She was always patient, informative and always took the time for each of my visits to the showroom (more than 2 times!) to set up and showcase the dinner table to have a better visual of the selected items. We found that Event Outfitters had a strong selection of options, which made the process flow and selection much easier. The day of the wedding, the Event Outfitters truck pulled in early, unloaded with precision and coordinated with our catering team as if they were one unit. You could tell that they have worked together many times before! We are certain that we made the right choice with Event Outfitters and would most certainly recommend them and use them again. Thank you Lucy and Event Outfitters!

  Halloween Wedding

  Everyone at event outfitters were a pleasure to work with. They had every rental we wanted for our Halloween Wedding! They were very helpful and insightful with the rentals we needed. They did an in-house display of our wedding tables so we can see how the design will look. Their pricing is outstanding! I will highly recommend them to whoever needs rentals for an event!

  PERFECT Execution!!!

  Hiring Event Outfitters was such a pleasant experience, not to mention their prices are UNBEATABLE!!! Lucy was amazing from the moment we met her, she is extremely kind and funny and visiting the showroom was such a fun experience. I am so glad we went with Event Outfitters. They were able to accommodate our large wedding of 135 guest during Art Basal weekend. Our tableware was exactly what we wanted and looked like a Pinterest photo. This is a phenomenal and professional team that will accommodate your needs, 10/10.

  Excellent Rentals

  Lucy and her team at Event Outfitters were so easy to work with. We were first recommended Event Outfitters by our planner and were able to meet in person to get an idea of the table designs. She was so responsive throughout the entire planning process - updating the quantities as our guest count was finalized and adding in additional items as needed as it got closer to the date. We are so grateful for Event Outfitters and the important role they played in making our wedding vision come to life!

  Amazing and stress free

  Lucy was so helpful and easy to get a hold of. Planning with her was completely stress free. I would definitely use them again.

  They delivered my chairs to my wedding ceremony with the bow for thhe chair. They did a great job. Got their on time the chairs looked beautiful and clean. Trully recommend them.
