Jag Singh and his team at EventEQ were an absolutel pleasure to work with! Jag provided both lighting and music services for my wedding ceremonies and reception. I truly beleive Jag and his team were responsible for making my wedding an event that everyone will remember. He is flexible, accomodating, and extremely easy to work with. He also is very passionate about what he does, and goes above and beyond to make your day truly special. Jag has a great eye for lighting and a great ear for music. He transformed our already beautiful wedding venue into something out of a fairytale. It was more amazing than I ever could have imagined. The music was phenomenal, and the dance floor was packed. Jag did a great job reading the crowd and keeping the momentum going. Every single one of our 350 guests commented on the lighting and music. We had an interfaith, inter-cultural wedding, and Jag did a great job in keeping with that spirit. I can't say enough about Jag and his team at EventEQ. I would highly recommend EventEQ for music and lighting services!!!

Jag and EventEQ provided lighting and sound services for our wedding events over the past few weeks. Jag was our point of contact and did an amazing job at the different events. We had asked him to light up the house with pink lighting during the week of the wedding. After seeing his work, our family and friends were amazed. Not only was the lighting amazing, but his professional and creativity were impeccable. The EventEQ team also did sound and lighting at the lunch reception, and again, did an amazing job. The grand finale was the dinner reception this past Saturday and the Renaissance Hotel in Washington, DC. We have over 450 guests and were looking forward to Jag?s lighting and sound. No matter how high we set our expectations, Jag and the EventEQ team far exceeded our imagination. They did an AMAZING job with the creative lighting affects throughout the ballroom, including the dance floor, walls, stage, lit up bars, and lounge area. The EventEQ team was nice and professionalism and were always willing to offer creative ideas. The 450+ guests plus the hotel staff were speechless after seeing the ballroom. One of the biggest advantages of using EventEQ is that you will be worry-free since the EventEQ team coordinates all activities with the venue. I HIGHLY recommend using EventEQ for your special events.

EventEQ did an amazing job with the music and the lighting of the ballroom. All the guests were impressed by the sound system that traveled with the baraat and the selection of music that never seemed to repeat or make a single moment dull. The whole crew of DJ's were so easy to work with. Everyone was professional and left a lasting impression on us. We would love to work with this talented group of individuals again.

Jag Singh and the folks at EventEQ provided lighting services for my daughter's wedding. Their efforts went a long way toward making it one of the most special events I (and many of our guests) have ever attended. Their expertise transformed our venue and dance floor into a wonderland of color and light. I had checked with several other vendors, all of whom were either too expensive or seemed disintested in the size of our event. Jag was enthusiastic and responsive to our needs, and added his expertise and knowledge to our own ideas. His quote was very reasonable and EventEQ delivered MUCH MORE than the was specified in the contract. They added value to our event which was well beyond our budget. Look no further than EventEQ to make your wedding into a wonderland!

EventEQ provided lighting and DJ services for our wedding. The lighting was great. They changed colors throughout the night and looked great. It definitely kept with the mood we were trying to create. They worked with the venue to ensure all was in place, and came down extra early to setup. We are still receiving comments about the great lighting. We were definitely happy with the lighting.
For the DJ services, they were responsible for keeping the flow going as well as keeping people lively and interested. We had to ask our best man/maid of honor to keep telling him what came next, even though he had a sheet which detailed it all. Also, we had a mix of songs that needed to be played, Hindi, Guyanese, and American. A great selection of Hindi music was played and the guests loved that, but very little of the other two were played despite multiple requests from the family.

Jag & the team at EventEQ are awesome to work with! Jag was the DJ at my wedding and provided lighting, music and decor for my ceremony, cocktail reception and dinner. With Jag's creativity and talent, my wedding was an event no one will ever forget. I am still getting compliments on how wonderful the room looked and how great the music was. My wedding consisted of two different cultures and it was very important to us to keep both families happy. Jag provided an array of music that kept everyone on the dance floor the entire night.
I would highly recommend EventEQ for social or corporate events. The team is professional, creative and experts on lighting and music. I am forever grateful for Jag for making my wedding day one that I will never forget!

Jag and the EventEQ staff were great! The lighting effects played a very important part of our wedding, it was money well spent. The lighting really set the tone for the wedding. Event EQ was great to work with. They met our needs no matter how close to the wedding date and adjusted really well to last minute changes. Also understanding all the DJ/Lighting lingo can be confusing but they sat down with us and explained everything on their inventory so we knew what we wanted for our event. They also showed us images & video of their previous work so we know how things would look. We would highly recommend them as they are down to earth, professional and really work with you to make your event the way you want it.

When my fiancé and I met with BJ and Jag from Event EQ, we shared our vision of what we wanted our wedding to be like. They shared pictures of previous work they had done and professionally shared suggestions on how to enhance our event. After meeting with multiple vendors, we decided to go with Event EQ because of their flexibility and all of the various audio visual services that they provide. Throughout the next eight months, BJ and Jag continued to contact us and follow up to ensure that our event was going according to our original plan. We communicated multiple times about the song selections and color effects. Their timely email and phone responses made the planning process that much easier for us.
The day of our wedding was flawless, thanks to Event EQ. The lighting and sound system and DJ services provided by Jag were absolutely perfect! The day after our wedding we received many compliments from our guests about the lighting effects and sound quality. The music Jag played throughout the night was exactly the way we planned it with Event EQ during our previous meetings. Jag was able to play different genres of music and at the same time was able to keep people on the dance floor all night.
Looking back at our pictures we are so thankful we went with Event EQ. The lighting effects enhanced every picture and truly made our wedding look unique. We would recommend Event EQ for their audio-visual services for any event.

The Event EQ team is all you need when seeking any type of audio/visual performance or display at your wedding or wedding reception.
I used the services for Event EQ for my wedding reception for DJing and lighting. The level of professionalism and service is the highest when dealing with this great team. Furthermore, Event EQ provided a further service when I requested a video display to be at the wedding reception. The team was able to provide a series of projects and screens, in conjunction with their DJing and lighting, as well as being responsible for all the appropriate power and cabling connections to make the evening memoriable.
Many invitees felt that the atmosphere and setup was equivalent to going to a live concert performance, which added that extra special touch.
At the wedding reception, my family made a personal choice not to provide alcohol to attendees. This was a worry to us as my family and I were fearful that attendees would not enjoy. However, Event EQ played a big part of playing excellent music and skillful DJing abilities that had the whole reception (some 500 strong attendees) dancing the whole night away for several hours with everyone full of enjoyment.
I cannot reccomend anyone else when it comes to DJing or lighting services.
